I see a fair amount of posts with some common planetary woes that I think the devs gave us great tools to solve. Oil and tungsten on vulcanus are both very slow to produce - which is why we get t3 speed modules. Power is a drain (hehe) on Fulgora -good thing Uncommon+ accumulators solve the issue with the help of T3 quality. And gleba. Well there are a lot of gripes about Gleba but one I see a lot is the imbalance of yumako and jellynut. Thanks to T3 prod modules you can get the mash up to speed with the jelly, or at least close. Or solve the Vulcanus plastic issue if oil is still a problem. Anyway, thought this might help newer players. Also great game design Wube.

tldr; the t3 modules

I am assuming/hoping that these are super simple things that I have somehow not grasped after 1000h. Educate me!

Scenario 1: Space platform just arrived with the thing/s I want to drop off. It’s a one off so I’m doing it manually instead of setting up a request from the planet. Problem: The fluctuation of items in inventory - asteroids, ores, etc keep moving everything around and half the time I end up accidentally shift clicking and dumping something like my ice or other cargo because the thing I wanted moved at the last moment. I thought turning off “keep player inventory sorted” might help but nope. I understand why it clumps items together in inventory but it would be very nice to be a

Hello - I cannot figure out trains for the life of me. I've watched so many videos and it all -seems- to make sense but I can't get it to work. It's getting to the point of wanting to quit the game. I feel dumb! Please help me signal these intersections. Or is my rail setup wrong?

I have tried all manner of different configurations, chain in, signal out, chain in, chain out, combos, and the blocks seem right but then trains just stop at every signal - none ever turn green. I just want these trains to be able to leave and arrive without crashing, getting stuck, and slowly dying, which has happened too many times now.

I am assuming some part of my problem is that the whole rest of the

Hi there - total newbie here, looking to get my first machine.

My current need is to engrave logos and custom messages on large objects like benches and tables that I make. My question is whether or not I am relegated to a portable unit like the LP1 or if the models with a built in track/rail system can be placed upon objects larger than their working area. Like, is it just that you can't engrave a design larger than the track, or you can't engrave anything larger than the tracks internal area?

Even the a lot of portable models seem limited in how large of an object they can engrave on because of their C-shaped structure which seems like it would preclude you from using it in the middl

I've done over 200 t16 maps, with 2 voidstones, 50 with 3, and have not gotten a single t17 to drop. Even got 3 puzzle boxes but that's not gonna help me get that map slot.

Also when using the map scarabs, I actually get less maps than I have ever had drop in my entire life. Its as if the scarabs reduce instead of increase map drop? This is regarding the per map mod and packs drop more, coupled with the 8 mod corrupt scarab. Does the 8 mod scarab reduce drop rate that dramatically? Talking 0-1 map drop per map on 100+ iiq maps.

And, bonus issue, same as map scarab but div card of plenty scarab. Literally get zero cards every time I use it. Zero.

What am I doing wrong and/or are these kno

This has happened to me 3 times now. I set up a shipment, get excited for it to return, think to myself, hey that ship should have been back by now, go and check, and theres no record of any shipment. But my goods are still gone. I have had many other shipments have issues with pirates, taxes, etc etc, but this is like I never set it up. But now I'm out all the stuff I shipped.

If the voyage has a catastrophic failure, is this the behavior it exhibits? If so, sure would be nice to at least have a message or something saying as much. If not, Am I doing something wrong somehow? Bug? Anyone else?

I only play SSF. That’s my choice, not here to beat the proverbial “buff SSF plz - even though I chose hard mode” horse to death again. But I did have a thought.

The three trees were a HUGE improvement for SSF. We have to farm a much broader set of content to get the stuff we need, and it changes frequently. And since we can’t buy respec currency… you get it. Obviously it’s beneficial to trade too, just saying the impact to SSF is bigger in my opinion.

So my thought - maybe the extra trees should be SSF only?

There’s always a lot of good argument on each side of whether SSF needs more parity with trade. It seems like the three trees directly address one of the fundamental challenges for

Hi, I’ll be in Rochester for the week, and wondering what the open play options are. Ideally around 4.0. Thanks picklers!

Hey there. I'm pretty new to woodworking and am working on a project/gift table for myself and wondering about the order of operations for a couple things. It's a 3" thick slab of sycamore with some neat holes and whatnot that I'll be filling with epoxy, as well as a crack that I'll be attempting to augment with a butterfly joint.

The slab is mostly flat but at the ends it has some noticeable bow, totaling about 3/4" of a gap when a straight edge is spanned across. Anyway it needs to be planed, as I don't think I'll personally be able to get it flat with sanding.

My plan is to pour all the epoxy, then go have the whole thing planed at a shop I like nearby. Then do the butterfly and fill

We all know about the myriad issues sorc bros have at the moment, no need to even mention them by now. What I will describe below is what I hope everyone across the board can mostly agree on - Sorceror is just not fun to play in WT4 and NMD from 30+. We all agree that fun is the goal, right? Here's why.

We have access to quite a lot of procced DR, through paragon and aspects - dr from chilled, dr from burning, dr from cc, etc. So you may think, well everyone's build is too focused on offense (fallacy as per all known offense issues, but anyway), use the tools we gave you for DR to stay alive! But here's the thing.

YOU CAN'T PROC DR FROM THE ENVIRONMENT. The MOST CHALLENGING enemy for any
