I understand how silly this sounds, but maybe I need someone to give me a gentle dose of reality.

Last night, I suspected a cold sore on the way. I applied my cold sore patch and woke up this morning with the cold sore.

I’m upset because I had fun plans to go out with my friends and my partner, and obviously kiss my partner during the countdown. I had booked a non-refundable 5-star hotel room in Beverly Hills for after, so we don’t have to worry about the expensive Uber back home and can celebrate 2025 (plus the first year of my 30s) in a big way. It will also be my first New Year with my partner where we are official and we’ve been dating for a while, so it adds to how special this would’

I have been dating my partner for one year and 4 months. I learned that he had cheated on me this past March, and we decided to continue dating.

Fast-forward to almost 5 months later, I am starting to suspect that he is cheating again, but don't have "hard evidence." The worst part is, I am uncertain if this suspicion is due to my hyper-viligence from being cheated on, or just a gut feeling.

Thoughts on how I should proceed with dignity and grace?

TLDR: I [29F] suspect that my partner [30M] is cheating on me, but I have no hard evidence. How do I proceed with dignity and grace?
