I am after advice on my personal situation and also looking for resources on how to learn about finance starting from knowing nothing at all. I mean really nothing, yesterday I had to google what an ISA was. Does anyone recommend books or a youtube channel? My husband and I grew up very poor and investing money instead of keeping it tucked away has made us feel nervous and we have been avoiding doing anything with it. We are late 30's.

My husband and I have £130 000 in a savings account

A mortgage we took out 3 years ago for 480 000 and we have been paying 1600 per month on it.

I'm a stay at home parent and husband earns on average 5000 per month. Our outgoings are high and we usually end

Our prenatal classes were cancelled and our area is quite rural so we won't be able to make any others in time. Due date is 14th June.

Can anyone recommend a web series that might be an ok substitute? Feeling quite nervous that we don't know how to look after a baby.

Hi everyone, I started using a scroll saw exactly a year ago to the date. I started selling a particular thing that I was making and its starting to get really popular. I'm currently using a Dremel moto-saw MS20-1/5 2 in 1 compact scroll saw (70 w). I feel like it's just not powerful enough anymore. I mainly cut 9mm plywood and it struggles.

I'd be so grateful if someone could help me choose a new one. I'm in the UK and have a 150 pound amazon voucher. I can substitute cash in with that as well, maximum 50.

Space isn't an issue as I have a workshop.

Thank you thank you in advance!

EDIT: We have a winner! Rumo, Walter Moers. It had been so long that I think the memory got severely distorted but I am 95% sure this is it. Thank you thank thank you

I'm desperate to find a book my brother and I read about 10 years ago. I only vaguely remember it but I've been searching for a long time because my brother was crazy about it - I know the characters were all fighting dogs and there was a sword involved and a pretty comprehensive alternate world they lived in. Maaaybe castles?

EDIT: The book was really violent too

EDIT: Not redwall. Also beginning to think I hallucinated this whole thing. And feeling bad for wasting peoples time.
