I’m trying to move up my childhood pokemon to my switch which has worked well until I started playing a h-shop pokemon game, now bank doesn’t recognize the game in cartridge and is only asking if I want to move the pokemon game I just started… am I missing something obvious on how to get it to target the cartridge game?

I'm looking for a foreign seaman who docked in London in 1916 and died there. I found his death record which provides his residence at the time, it's a hostel. What I'd like to identify now is what merchant ship he was working on before he fell ill. Where might I find this? I'm only familiar with passenger records.

Edit: I didn't think I'd find it there but the National Maritime Museum had him listed on a ship, I think this might be him, lists him as Russian with the right age for the time. If anyone has more experience with researching merchant sailors, I'd love to connect!

Hi there! Love this community, I suspect I'll be back a few times.Recently bought a house and there was a very sad situation where a hoarder lived in the (illegal) basement apartment with his dog. His belongings are completely cleared out but dealing with some mess on the walls before we paint. It's just generally dirty, there's been some flooding so it's very musty-smelling, and so far haven't found evidence of mice etc.

My job is to go down there and prep the walls for paint since I have a stronger stomach than my partner. Walls are drywall, any recommendations for heavy-duty cleaning? Was just going to go at it with a brush

I recently adopted a Malinois (1-year old) who is leash frustrated. Often lunges, whines, sometimes barks at other dogs passing the street. Her threshold is about two dogs, after that, she escalates in reactivity/frustration.

On today's walk, we encountered a dog across the road in the opposite direction. This dog barked and growled as soon as it saw mine. We were having a great walk so I thought we'd use this as a test. Recently adopted a 1-year-old German Shepherd mix who has very obviously not been socialized. Like, startled by a paintbrush or the sound of a pepper grinder unsocialized. She's just fine with people on the street, passing by but very reactive to dogs. Thought I’d share my experience as I’m interested if anyone else has had a similar one.

Late September I decided to begin the process of dumping CIBC for no fees Tangerine. I actually had an account with Tangerine I just hadn’t been using so I just logged in for the first time in ages and updated my info. Early October I tried to make a cash deposit but my card was not working.

I called their customer service from the ATM but the hold was over an hour so I had to go home.
