For someone who did not follow any of the friday fact blog posts, the change to cliff explosives baffles me. I beelined my new 2.0 base to cliff explosives, so i can make room for the actual factory after the starter base. Apparently that is no longer possible.

I'm now supposed to spagethi my way all the way to 2.0 content, before i can clear cliffs? This is very frustrating and i really don't understand the point of this change. I don't like spaghetti and try to avoid it whenever possible, but i don't like disabling game features such as cliffs or biters either.

So i didn't take Shadowheart with me to the temple of Shar. when i got out, she was pissed but did not leave the camp. I then proceeded to clear moonrise tower, including all the boss fights. Afterwards I invited Dame Aylin to my camp for whatever reason, she and Isobel wanted to come.

Now when i'm on my way to act 3 there is a forced camp session, in which Aylin has the dialogue icon on her, but only Shadowheart can initiate the dialogue. Shadowheart has no options in her dialogue to invite her to my party. Infact her dialogue has no options whatsoever. She just says "I... Failed. I failed lady shar.. we can talk later I need to get out of here frist"

I'm currently being cockblocked by not being able to craft my weapon in ssf kalandra league. I've specced 5 points in the atlas tree for the 0.8% chance for a map to drop as a unique map. I've done most kirac missions and done all bestiary crafts for random unique maps, no luck. I still have einhar scarabs left, but those aren't guaranteed to land the correct beasts for another craft anyway

am i missing something obvious that i could go for, that would increase my chances of finally landing the map? i'm soon lvl 94, i've killed exarch and eater of worlds, i should fight maven next, but no way do i have the damage for her or uber elder unless i can craft the weapon

I never got it in spellhold. Turned into it as per the scripted events fighting bodhi, then again soon after once I took a nap. I got the dream sequence as well, but i never got the ability to turn into the slayer at will.

Do i need this in the rest of the bg2ee SoA campaign or can i just play without it till throne of bhaal? Is there a way in game short of eekeeper that i've never used or console commands, that i've also never used, to enable the slayer form?

Can I use the 18 charisma ring to satisfy the charisma requirements to dual class to a mage at around lvl 9 or 10, or does the charisma points need to be there on character creation?

if i can use the charisma ring, i trust i can also use a strength belt as well? if i remember correctly, shadowdancer had str/dex/cha requirements for dual classing.

Or should i just ditch the shadowdancer part, and go with a regular thief/mage dual class? I'm not entirely sure if i'm runnin hexxat or not, either way i'll probs take sarevok in ToB and he'd replace hexxat anyway.

I recently upgraded my whole system. The previous rig had win 10 professional and this license is still on my Msoft account. However during the reinstall last night, I mistakenly installed win 10 home and now I cannot activate it with the license I already have as windows only lists all the home licenses, ie. my laptop, on the screen with options to reactivate windows.

Is there a way to upgrade unactivated win 10 home to Win 10 Pro so I could then perhaps see all the pro licenses I have attached to my Microsoft account? This should allow me to see my old installation of win 10 pro on the list that currently only shows win 11 home of my laptop.

I just ordered the parts for major overhaul of my system, infact the only thing i left from my old rig, was the 650w PSU, the case and the SSDs. However, now i'm wondering if the 650w psu is sufficient?

It's a 5 year old 80+ WHITE Corsair, i've had no problems with it with my old setup, but the new system will probably draw a lot more than the old i5 6600k + 1060 3gb did.

So what do you think? I've no plans whatsoever for overclocking any part of the system, apart from probably enabling XMP for the memory.
