I hate the thick band that is squeezing on your stomach. Plus most are so high, about mid way up your torso. They don’t have the comfort or look of holding and supporting your stomach like jeans or pants. If the person doesn’t have a flat stomach they create this weird smooth muffin top bump thing. And they don’t have the stretch comfort like Nike shorts or sweats.

If you live in the US or another country where dogs are popular and you are still afraid of dogs I think it is as silly fear and something you should work on to overcome. I’m not saying to not be cautious of unfamiliar dogs or to just approach any random dog and assume they are friendly. However, you should not be afraid of a leashed dog or a dog behind a fence minding its own business. At least once a week in reddit I see someone talking about a compliant they have received from neighbors for dogs in their own yard just because the neighbor ‘thought’ the dog could be dangerous. Dogs are everywhere these days in the US and I just don’t think it is a healthy fear to not at least try to work o
My boyfriend recently moved out side of Charlotte and I live about 2 hours away in South Carolina. He recently had hernia surgery and is a little nervous about being alone and not able to lift more then 10 pounds for awhile and not walking amazingly. I know there is a stay at home order there, but that doesn’t mean I can’t drive in right?
I often hear people tell others without kids that they will understand when they have kids. Which is understandable for common everyday annoyances in parenting that some people on the outside judge, like kid wearing mismatch clothes, kids wearing the same thing every day. However that does not mean I don’t know huge missteps in parenting. Like letting your kid run wild and have no punishments, thinking your kid is an angel, not believing your kid can lie, holding your kid to an impossible standard, living viciously through them, etc etc. One does not need to have kids to understand that certain parenting styles will raise an unadjusted and wild adult.
I had a student the two previous years who was always bad mouthing me to anyone that would listen, teachers, students, parents, etc. He would also be very rude to me and I always got the feeling he was trying to trap me into sounding dumb or saying something inapprioate. Many people came to me concerned, students who liked me who said he would never stop, other teachers who were my friend who heard stuff before they could shut him down. He would even say stuff to my teaching bff, something that I felt was vindictive, because he knew she would tell me. After asking him to stop last year, he continued so I finally brought his parents in, they didn't really believe me and made him give me an i
It's driving me crazy that I can't figure out how to start a workout timer on the versa. On my old fitbit, a charge hr I used to just hold down the button and it would start tracking my workout, the time, calories burned, steps heart rate just for the current workout. Does the versa do this. I can't figure it out or find a help guide.
