My husband and his daughter’s mom are in the middle of a custody case, but there’s no custody order yet. Also, there is established paternity !

His daughter is 4, and she told him that her uncle asked her about her private parts while she was taking a bath. The uncle lives in the same house as her mom.

We already called CPS, and they basically told him to document everything, but that doesn’t help if she’s still living in the same house with him.
Can my husband keep his daughter with him until something gets done? Can he file emergency custody over this? What would y’all do?
We’re just trying to keep his daughter safe. This whole situation is sick.

I need honest opinions because I keep going back and forth in my head.

My mother-in-law has been disrespectful toward me and has said negative things about me. Because of that, I started keeping my baby away from her since I don’t trust her behavior or how she speaks about me.

Now I’m considering changing my boundary, but not because anything has changed between us. The main reason is that my baby’s sister goes over to her house every weekend, and my husband would be the one taking our baby over there too. Also, the sister could just come over to our house instead, so that’s an option too.

My husband is actually okay with whatever boundaries I set, so it’s not pressure from him either. Th

I’m on Zumandimine generic for Yasmine . Drospirenone: 3 mg
Ethinyl estradiol: 0.03 mg . I’m cramping so freaking bad and this is day 3 . Should I thug it out or quit , because I’m really on this just for the benefits not because I need birth control .

I’ve posted about my MIL before, but my husband talked to her today because she said “I’m depressed, I feel like you don’t like me.” She wanted to vent about me & my husbands been trying to understand why she doesn’t like me, and now she’s coming up with yet another reason.

This time she’s claiming that I told her, “If my husband doesn’t accept my kids, then I won’t accept his daughter.” That’s complete bullshit. My husband knows it’s not true, but I’m getting tired of her making up reasons to justify not liking me.

First, it was that I supposedly cussed in front of her. I’ve never even used words like “damn” in casual conversation with her, let alone disrespected her.

Then it was that I

My husband has a custody hearing coming up with his ex, and he wants me there for support. His attorney said I’m welcome to attend and that there’s no issue with me being present.

The problem is his mom keeps telling me I shouldn’t go because of the “out of sight, out of mind” mentality. She thinks if I’m there, the other side might bring me up in court. The thing is, they’ve already mentioned me in statements they submitted to their attorney, and some of the things they’ve said about me aren’t even true. For example, they’re claiming I don’t have custody of my own children, which is completely false.

My husband feels like if they want to talk about me, they’re going t

I have a genuine question.

Why do some moms have such a problem with their son’s wife when the wife has literally done nothing to them?

I’m not saying I’m perfect, but I’ve honestly never done anything to my MIL. Before I even met her, she was calling me names and saying horrible things about me. Even after that, I still treated her with respect. I’ve never cussed at her, never called her out of her name, never disrespected her. I’ve always said yes ma’am, no ma’am, thank you, good morning, all of that.

The crazy part is I probably showed her more respect than a lot of people would’ve after the things she said about me.

I genuinely wanted a relationship with her. I lost my mom, so having

Moms, I need y’all’s opinion because I’m genuinely tired at this point.

How do y’all deal with a mother-in-law that doesn’t like you and can’t even give a valid reason why?

I’m talking about one of those moms that was calling you all types of names before she even met you. Before I ever met this woman she was saying I had this and that, talking crazy about me, and I had never even spoken to her. Most women would’ve grabbed their phone and cussed her out, but that’s not me. Every single time I’ve remained respectful.

I’ve said yes ma’am, no ma’am, good morning, thank you, how are you, all that. I’ve tried to bond with her on multiple occasions because I really wanted that mother-in-law rel

If TurboTax has to take their filing fees out of my refund, does that automatically delay it? Last year I had fees taken out too, but I still got my 846 code at midnight and my refund hit later that same day around 5:20 PM CST. I’m just confused about how it works this year, especially since I’m using OnePay Bank.
