Hi all!

What are people currently using for lot tracking and determing cost basis and profit and loss reports?

Consider that we may be using multiple exchanges, and performing onchain transactions.

Is there software that allows one to simply enter minimal information for each transaction:

  • transaction date
  • asset type and amount "sold"
  • asset type and amount "bought"
  • fee paid (in either asset)
  • USD value of either asset (assuming it's a crypto-to-crypto transaction)

and the software correctly determines the different lots which are created over time (for "buys"), and create P&L reports for all "sells" using a FIFO or LIFO or whatever strategy, against those lots?

Despite my robust at-home solo-staking setup, I still miss attestations occasionally for reasons seemingly outside of my control. I assume this is normal, but I wonder at what frequency others are missing attestations, too.

About how many attestations do you miss per validator per week?

I found my number by searching my email for "validator_attestation_missed" (the subject line from beaconcha.in's emails) and counting how many I've received in the last week, then dividing by the number of validators I'm running.

edit: considering the number of "0" responses, maybe these missed attestations are in my control...

I have a Template Button on a page that is shared with a large group of people.

That Template Button creates a new block of elements. One of those elements is a new page. I'd like that new page to be shared with only the person who created it (via clicking the Button), and me. I do not want that new page to inherit the permissions from its parent page.

Is that possible?

I have two tables with a relation linking them them. A "Goals" table is where some goals are defined. In my example here there is one goal: "Build a new landing page". Then there's an "Updates" table, where someone can provide atomic updates to those goals, as well as assign some "goal complete" number at the time of that update. I'd like the most recent Update's "goal progress" to be displayed on it's associated goal.

Welp, I done fucked up and accidentally left my garage door open overnight. My bike was stolen. This was in Tremont on Sunday night / Monday morning.

edit: https://imgur.com/a/KewMt6r better (zoomed in) pics

Police report has been filed, I'll be keeping my eye on Craigslist and local bike shops.

If you see this green machine rolling around, please give a ping.

Today is a sad day.

Seems like a ton of hashing power has joined the network. Multiple blocks are being found every minute.

What's the best way to calculate the combined network hashrate?
