Hi, I'm starting my journey this week and I have a few questions regarding the supplements that could help me on my journey.
I made research and understood that probiotics, fiber, vitamins and hair supplements are essential to make the journey easier.
Do you think I'll need them as soon as I start or should I add them gradually?
Also do you recommend hair serum or hair supplements or both?
Any other supplements that you recommend?
Hi super moms, anyone is using any budgeting systems or apps to anticipate and keep track of household expenses?
Sometimes I find myself with important stuff falling through the cracks and spending more than I intended to. I easily forget upcoming recurring expenses and allocate that money to something else.
Your help is appreciated.
Hi, I've been looking at some winter jackets for my son and I came across some brands such as, mikk-line, Reima, Wheat, Gosoaky, lil' atelier, mini rodini, swedemount, mini a ture, color kids. I have access to those so if you have any opinions on any of them it's appreciated.
Bonjour ! Est-ce que les palmes sont généralement autorisées dans les piscines municipales parisiennes, pendant les créneaux de nage libre ? Je parle de palmes courtes, éventuellement avec une planche. C’est courant ou plutôt mal vu ? 🏊♀️

Hi everyone, my son is a 2.5 yo sensory seeker + suspected for ADHD. He's in OT and speech therapy.
I, myself, have crippling executive dysfunction due to CPTSD and am on zoloft which helps. I have lots of goals and things that I want to achieve. Currently we are staying with family for vacations so we have plenty of help. And everything seems possible! But I know that once we go back home to our own lives, I'll crumble and try to get through the day one day after another.
To explain myself a little bit; my son is in daycare. From the moment he wakes up, until we have breakfast and get dressed to go to daycare, he runs me rugged. Even in winter, I find myself sweating out of my hair and
Hi, my 2.5yo son is a sensory seeker with a lot of energy. He's in OT and speech therapy. Some days can be really intense and difficult with him. I try my best to gentle parent him, put boundaries and follow with logical consequences but there are days that none of my tools are working or applicable. Plus I can't always find logical consequences to follow with.
For example today he was so overstimulated, he kept biting me and going floppy. Distancing myself, saying "I won't let you bite" or trying to explain that it hurts mom didn't work because he wasn't in a place to listen. He ran off and messed with the toilet paper and threw his wipes on the ground. It all happens so fast, I get fluste
Hi, me and my husband want to pick up some physical activity as a workout and pastime that we can involve our toddler.
We're city dwellers in a dense urban area but we have access to forest for walking maybe. Unfortunately biking isn't an option at the time. But maybe there's more stuff that I can't think of like renting a basketball court and shoot hoops while letting the toddler run around and do his thing?
Give me your ideas!!
Hi, I'm a mom to a suspected ADHD boy who's also a sensory seeker. I myself suffer from crippling executive dysfunction due to depression. My son is in OT + speech therapy and I'm seeing a psychiatrist.
Today was an exceptionally difficult day for my son. My husband and I tried everything to keep things in order but my son was impossible to manage.
We've seen so many improvements in the last 6 months but at the same time the intensity of his actions have increased. When I bring this up with his therapist I can actually tell that she doesn't understand what's like to live with a 2.5 yo who requires that much hands on supervision while having to keep the house running and take care of your

Personally I wanna cry when I see beurre pommade and beurre manié. I had a chef who got extra pleasure from watching us try to work the butter fresh out of fridge with a marise.
Hi, sorry for the rant. It finally happened and I had a meltdown after long years. My mental health wasn't stellar due to my narc parents. I used to have nervous breakdowns and spent days in bed. After getting away from them and years of therapy, I became more in charge of my mental state and emotions. I haven't had anything like this in years.
We've been having problems with my husband since the birth of my son. He basically made me a married single mom and I'm currently unable to leave. We're in Europe and heavily impacted by the heatwave. Our AC broke down due to extreme heat. My son is potentially neurodivergent and he's 2.5 so you get the idea, we had a difficult 10 days and a difficu
Hi, I wanted to share my story as a mom of 29 month old son who had one of the most difficult starts to sleep in life.
He developed reflux early on so he was in a lot of pain and discomfort at night. Later came the teething. He started at 4.5 months and it was brutal for him. At 8 months, the more difficult teeth started coming in all at the same time with recurring otites. Around that time my son started having split nights and I went back to work so it was killing me but I pushed through still responding to him each time, still holding him.
Some people recommended gentler sleep training methods with no crying required. I read them but didn't follow through. I knew he was in pain and he
