Going to be getting into the van life - but need a little support on quality decisions. Looking at this 1989 Econoline at 128,000miles for $2800. Seem reasonable; it's old but seems to run well, spacious and pretty.

Probably a real bust on fuel economy? Any experience with this age / model?

What would happen in the case where 2 parties each get 50% of seats? Apart from a recount how is this decided? What about in a single riding at 50/50?
