Sorry this is a strange request, just wondering if anyone who either has Amazon Prime or already has the game on GOG could test if this game works for them on their Legion Go.

It crashes with a memory error as soon as the intro videos finish for me, but I saw people were using it on their Steam Decks and plenty of others were able to play it on Windows 10, not sure if it is my config or just Win11/Legion Go issue.

I've had a search in the forums and Googled it to no luck so I think the answer is no, but what I was wondering is if there are any sites/apps that people know of where you can input/select various measurements and generate an STL to convert ducts.

E.g. 4" female to 150mm male, or 6"male to 150mm male...which would be a very small reduction.

Failing that, does anyone know of a pack that just has an absolute tonne of stls of common conversions?

I can't seem to find any 'check out these gadgets' videos that aren't hosted by Linus but I distinctly remember seeing a couple of others over the last few months.

There is on in particular I'm after but I don't remember much about it and it may not even have been a video about gadgets/useful tools but there may have been a non sponsored plug for a couple of devices. I feel like Jake was hosting and he talked about one of those useful little gadgets that either do something with networking or maybe usb.

I know Linus has covered this stuff, but the video I want to find definitely didn't have Linus hosting.

Anyway, I realise this is a long shot as I don't have much info, I just remember wan

I'm completely new to 3d printing and I got my hands on a Prusa Mk2 that had been damaged (entire hotend area was fully encased in plastic).

The thermistor was destroyed, I've ordered another one but as I understand it I need to buy some thermal paste for the heater cartridge, the hotend and the thermistor. Is this correct?

I'm in Australia and everywhere seems to be sold out of this paste whoch seems to be the only one some of the 3d printing stores carry. https://www.sliceengineering.com/products/boron-nitride-paste

Would this Protronix Series 9 Extreme Performance Thermal Compound Paste https://amzn.asia/d/bniuy38 be an okay substitute for the Slice Slice Boron Nitride paste?

Unfortunately the AirJet Mini dimensions are too wide to be able to fit two side by side into the Steam Deck fan cutout which would have meant they could stick 2 sets of 2 in the fan spot and a heatpipe/heatsink system in between each set.

Instead they could try a few different scenarios and report thermals, dB and performance for each scenario (maybe do it on a more power hungry handheld like the Asus Rog Ally too).

  1. Mount 3 AirJets (4 if the fit) into the fan bay and test performance when just pushing the air through the existing heatpipe fins.
  2. Run scenario 1

r/SteamVR•

I last played SteamVR around the start of December with no issues using PC Link, but when I tried to play Steam VR games between Christmas and New Years I've had absolutely no luck with Steam VR, steam says Oculus Touch controllers and the pointer worls okay, hands appear in the Ste VR room but none of the buttons on the controllers work, not in the SteamVR home nor in any of the games, can't even play Beat Saber because I can't select the menus, just point at them.

I was seeing double controllers (quest controllers that appeared just above valve index controllers, I disabled the hand option in the oculus and reinstalled steam vr, it fixed the double controllers showing in VR, but the butto

Platform(s): PC/DOS

Genre: Turn Based Strategy

Estimated year of release: Around 1993/94, but realistically it could have been a late 80's game, but the graphics were decent for the time so that seems unlikely.

Graphics/art style: Realistic (for the time)

Notable characters: None

Notable gameplay mechanics: Had 4 seasons, it was very research/production focused. With a pretty small area to build in. Set in the medieval period but you did research cannons, bombs and balloons (which you dropped the bombs from).

Other details: When you clicked on certain production buildings it would say.

"I'm a blacksmith"

"I'm a carpenter"

"I'm an inventor"

I'm running pfSense on a HP T730 (not virtualized) and when I log in as admin to the pfSense web management portal the local shell (as in the shell that my monitor and keyboard connected to my HP T730 are connected to) displays that admin has logged in and appears to completely lock up.

Ctrl-C does not bring back the command line, ctrl-alt-del does not restart the computer, pressing the power button does not start the shutdown procedure. These all work when I first boot the device, but stop working as soon as I login to the web interface.

Has anyone else experienced this, or knows of a fix?

I'm trying to setup a PCI passthrough on my HP T730 by passing through my pcie 4 port intel 1gbps NIC to a pfSense VM and I'm finding it all a bit confusing as there doesn't appear to be a guide that steps people through this exact scenario (vast majority of guides are focused on graphics cards) and the RedHat guides tend to have very limited examples.

I've been using https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_enterprise_linux/5/html/virtualization/chap-virtualization-pci_passthrough

But when I run virsh nodedev-list --tree I get the following information for the ethernet card which I want to passthrough

+- pci_0000_00_02_1

r/homelab•

So I've recently decided to build myself a homelab and I've mostly filled a 24U rack.

  • 1x Dell 1920W UPS
  • 1x HP RT3000W UPS (free with rack)
  • 2x Promise 3U HD Arrays (old, not sure of model, full of 750gb hard drives, so just a high power bill not a high storage amount)
  • 1x Dell R710 (1x 6 core CPU and 16gb RAM)
  • 1x Dell R720 (2x 8 core CPU and 128gb RAM)
  • 1x Brocade 5000 32 port FC switch (complete waste of money, root password was not reset to default and can't be reset without a support license)
  • 1x HP N40L (first server I've had since the N54L came out, has been great and this will continue to be my "always on" machine)
  • 1x rPi, this is hopefully going to be an always on
