A quick question about my connecting flight in Istanbul:

I have a 1h30 transger in Istanbul flying with Pegasus Airlines. I will have a carry-on but somehow I cannot register and pay extra online to have it in the plane on my second flight.

I am willing to pay it for it directly before taking my second flight. However, is it even possible to do that? And if it has happened to someone, how much would this be?

Hi everyone, so today I encountered this homeless person that was in one of the worst shape I've seen. It was a young person, in their 20s, and acting very desperate. I took the time to talk to that person and her story. To be honest, I was touched and gave her the 12 euros I had in my pocket. (Basically I was going for 2 euros and saw a 10 note I forgotten about)

The person said it would give it back but I refused because it was a donation.

Knowing that this is quite a large amont to give to a homeless person. I have this uneasy feeling that I fell into a scam. What do you think?

A few years ago, I passed my theory for the driving license exam and failed the practical once. Since then, I lived abroad for a few years and couldn't really pass it again. I am now in a situation where my theoretical exam is not longer valid.

Do I need to repass it? Or do I need to do a theory training with a driving school? I've looked it up but it's a bit confusing. Thanks for the help!
