Finally got my MRI after 14 months of pain, but of course I have no idea what I'm looking at. While I wait 1-2 weeks for any professional answers, anyone have skills enough to tell me what I'm looking at around the inner heel attachment? Looks like there's a cloud there but I'm not sure if its normal or not.

Have mostly pain on the inside heel, especially when pressing on it. I had PF for a couple of months earlier this year, not sure if its caused by this or not, but not had any proper PF symptoms for months now.

Bit unsure where to start debugging this, as I've tried most stuff. Using Nvidia 555 beta drivers, sway starts inside gnome, but not in GDM/SDDM or a tty

Last 4 lines are the same as I get in tty:

After a non-running injury that has kept me out for over a month, I'm currently preparing for stronger 2015.

My plan is to do something like Jason Fitzgeralds strength routine http://strengthrunning.com/2012/01/the-standard-core-routine-video-demonstration/ and possibly add in some other simple exercises occasionally:

  • Calf raises
  • Body weight half squats (since my injury came from doing full squats)
  • Lunges

The goal is to do this consistently and see what I can get from it.

I've been seriously slacking on strength work, and it probably explains a thing or two. Hip strength and hamstring flexibility seems to be my weak spots.

Anyone have suggestions or experiences with this routine o

Hi, I've only played for about a year and I play mostly slow games days on my phone.

I just tried to analyse my game fairly thoroughly, first without engine then with engine, spending about 3 hours.

My main takeaways so far:

  • sometimes make moves without considering much (pick up phone, make move by underdeveloped intuition)
  • that I should develop my officers, even if the other guy pawn storms
  • look to develop to prevent future threats more actively
  • keep the other players officers (in this case h8 rook which could have been disabled in 18. Rxd7) out of play

There's plenty of blunders in this game, so please do forgive me :)

An easy challenge to start with, focusing on various achievable goals (hopefully for most) start July 1 and ending July 31 at your local time!

Goals:

  • Over 1000m/3280ft elevation total
  • 7 days in a row incl cross training (min 30 min per day)
  • 15 hours of activity (inc hiking/walk)
  • a morning run (2 miles+/3.2km)
  • Run a double (2 miles+/3.2km for both runs)
  • 200km run total (124 miles) (if this is too much for your level, include crosstraining!)
  • 300km travelled incl cross training (186 miles)
  • walk 5km (3.1 miles)
  • run 1 hour (run/walk if too far)
  • drink a beer

Each goal gives you 1 point, 5 points = yellow score, 10 points = green score.
