The biggest problem I've noticed so far is that I tend to move forward as I'm coming up out of the hole, making my bar path not vertical. I think my stance is fine, and my depth is at parallel most of the time, but I'm never quite sure where the bar is supposed to go on my back, despite reading lots of explanations.

deseretnews.com/article/700183173/BYU-gives-g...I'm a fairly inexperienced bass player, and don't actually own my own bass. I borrow a friends Yamaha something or other, ($100 or so, nothing fancy like I see here), and I just found an offer to buy a friend of a friend's bass for $300 dollars. It's a Schecter Diamond Series C-4 XXX, and for your convenience here's a review I found.
I'm more than willing to buy my own bass, and this seems like a nice one for my price range (not really willing to spend more than $350 or $400 yet). Does this seem like a fair
So, last night I jumped into bed, and somehow injured my lower back, on the left side. Do you guys tend to go "ER or PR" or take it easier when you're injured? Does this seem like a legitimate reason to not lift today, or should I just go for it?
My ties have stains... :/

As I've worked with him though, the squatting 1x a week, not doing enough compound exercises, and the amount of bicep curls just doesn't sit right with me. On the other hand, I like how after every day with him I feel like I've really worked my body until I can't work it much more.
So, I've tried to combine the best of both worlds: The Barbell/Freeweight dominant, strength
This link is currently on the front page. I don't disagree, evolution is pretty well established. On the other hand, however, isn't there little to no evidence that evolution can account for the origins of life and/or the increasing complexity of life on a cellular level? I may simply be uninformed, but after a basic college Bio class and reading Darwin's Black Box, I can't think of a way for evolution to account for speciation on a cellular level.
Edit: I'm not trying to say that evolution is supposed to account for the origin of life, but for some reason it seems a lot of atheists try to use it as a counter-argument to theism, claiming that because of evo
