Or should I downsize to 10 gallon with just a betta and a shrimp, or even just the betta? And is it true lamp eye tetra are less likely to nip betta fins than other tetras?

Local rescue is advertising this litter as Cane Corso/Poodle mixes. What do you think they really are?

reddit.comI have to take STA3024 this semester. I suck at math. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
I get it. He looks like a little teddy bear, he’s adorable, and his tail is wagging in desperation to meet you. But I literally can’t walk by people on the sidewalk without him trying to stop and sniff and get pets.
I’m going to a Lana Del Rey themed birthday party where guests have to dress like a Lana song or album, like one of her eras, one of her famous outfits, or a Lana meme. I don’t really follow her, so I’m not sure what to wear! Birthday girl is doing her Heavenly Bodies Met Gala look, so that’s off limits, but everything else is welcome. Any ideas?
What it says on the tin. He’s under 16 weeks and not fully vaccinated, plus he’s so small, so I’m not interested in taking him out and about at a dog park or something. I’ve been taking him in public in a carrier where he can see other dogs, but that’s not really interaction. And I don’t want him to miss that critical socialization window. If you have a friendly, healthy, adult dog he could meet one on one, that’d be nice!
Coffee shops, pubs, outdoor markets, anything like that. Not looking for dog parks as he’s young and small.
I’m taking him out every 45 minutes, we sit in the desired pee spot for 10 minutes, he chews grass and chases lizards and doesn’t go, and then we come back inside and I put him in his playpen, and 5 mins later there’s pee on the pee pad. Should I remove the pee pad? Should I maybe get a grass pad instead to teach him to associate grass with pee? What are the “need to potty” cues? I got him 24 hours ago and he hasn’t gone outside once.
