October was crazy busy for me and I totally blanked that Last Recode is shipping this week! I had meant to have finished Quarantine right now but even if I sunk all of my free time into it this week I wouldn't even make it to Macha. Cus... you know... gotta get them virus cores.

Not even sure it's smart to sink $40 on a game I'll have no time to play. Plus I need to save up for a movie I am trying to make. Guess I'll go to Amazon and cancel the order.

[sees G.U. screen shots for the first time in like ten years.]

HOLY SHIT I CANNOT WAIT!!!!

2016: These stupid Appmon aren't really Digimon! They look nothing like any previously established Digimon!!!!!

2017: They changed my favorite Digimon that was bascially just a woman dressed like a nun to a woman wearing those as seen on TV animal hats!!!!!!

You guys crack me up.

So in the written world of text, you can pretty much get away with everything. On screen, it's all about what the studio has the rights to use. This is why a looot of stuff from the books is getting cut. As a Warner Bros. production, we can expect a lot more Warner Bros. stuff. The trailer is full of DC heroes and apparently Gandalf is in there somewhere. This reminded me of The LEGO Batman movie as it (spoiler alert) has a collection of evil villains joining the Joker and they all just so happen to be from Warner Bros. productions. this got me thinking about what kind of Warner Bros. crossovers we can expect, and what other stuff we cannot.

The book threw Lightsabers around, and while we

Here is how I see it going:

• It would adapt this first 26, with Lapis as the climax.

(This is where the good decisions stop)

• White actresses cast as Garnet, Jasper, and Connie.

• Black/Indian actresses cast as Pearl, Amythest, and Lapis.

• Awful actor cast as Steven.

• Characterization is scrapped in favor of rushing through the big story beats.

• All of the Beach City folk will have 1 scene each and be played by actors sorta look on point.

• White Diamond would, for some reason, pop up a bunch to order people around and sit in a throne for most of it.

• It will take 4 Peridots to move 1 rock. I know Peridot wasn't introduced until after the Lapis stuff... but this joke is too g

I have 2 Agumons and a Biyomon, looking for Gatomon and Greymon.
