Thinking of porting two numbers from ATT postpaid to dark star BOGO promo on the annual plan. I have a friend who has US Mobile now and was wondering if I can use his referral link and does it stack with the annual plan or would it only work on the monthly plan?

This sounds really stupid, but on the premium and starter plan is the international data of 20GB and 1GB per month or is for the entire year? I assume it’s monthly but the website isn’t deliberately clear and the terminology gets a bit muddy since only the annual starter plan includes it.

Has there been any talk about doing Apple Watch on dark star or light speed?

I jumped on the Valentine's day promos for iPhone 16s. We are definitely happy with three of the orders, but now upon actually thinking thoroughly, it might be better to forgo the Costco deal and get one device via the Apple Store. We ordered via the Costco phone number, not at the warehouse.

I'm getting conflicting information via T-Force, I thought I read that Costco purchases don't have a restocking fee (the iPhone box is unopened if that matters, delivered 2/21). Also, T-Force is telling me that orders via Apple Store that uses T-Mobile financing will be locked as well. I may just have gotten a new agent, it's hard for me to keep things straight as well.

I’ve done this once before during the iPhone 15 launch (2023), T-Force said they could extend a week, but actually due to the holidays the trade in wasn’t processed until much later. Just in case anyone is curious, the offer date was valid through 11/17, it was extended until 11/24 (when it was finally mailed), delivered 11/27, marked as received and processed 12/2.

Anyway, one of my friends is overseas right now so I’m just wondering if there’s any more recent experience on extending these trade in promotions? I already have a trade in deadline of 3/20. I hope to get it all done by then, but curious how these deadlines work in practice. Thanks all!

I tried every which way I could to upgrade my FirstNet line but could never get past the cart screen after verifying eligibility with my email and last name. I tried months ago to merge ATT accounts with my FirstNet ID, but it would always mess something up and I couldn’t view any account details. I really didn’t want to try calling FirstNet as I’m sure the call centers are inundated with people and there’s the strike going on. I tried logging directly into my FirstNet account, but then it kept wanting me to sign in to ATT. I tried both Chrome and Firefox (plus Safari and Firefox on my photo, lol). I fell and damaged the corners of my MacBook Pro 16 M1 Max. Thankfully it had a case on it and besides some dings it appears to be okay. However I’m a bit worried maybe I damaged more. I have AppleCare Plus but it’s ending later this year. If I pay the copay for accidental damage, what will Apple do exactly? If they just replace the chassis, that doesn’t seem worth it, but if they will replace everything, that would be great for peace of mind. Just curious what others have experienced in real life with Apple? I actually purchased the machine on Swappa, but have the original receipt, in case that matters.

We have one line on our plan with unlimited elite and enjoy the Max service with it. Not sure it’s worth it to pay about $13 more for it, but that line wants to leave for T-Mobile later this year. We need to add one more line when he leaves to keep the 5 line discounted rate. Are there any tricks to move that plan to an existing or new line?

Last night (May 10) we viewed Luminous from Rose & Crown and saw another fireworks show going on at 9 pm in the direction of Italy. Does anyone know what show that was? I was so confused as people nearby were like oh look Magic Kingdom and I’m thinking no MK is north of Epcot. They were shorter, about 9 mins long, but they were big enough to light up the whole sky especially near the end. I checked Google, Snapchat, and Reddit, but couldn’t find anything about them. I'm getting a crappy signal where I go in Florida for the winter. I swore last year the signal was great down here, so not sure what happened. I want to try the external antenna route, but T-Force is saying they only replace it with the same exact model. I currently have the Sagecom FAST5688W. I did my first order via T-Mobile's Costco line on August 14, and at the time they said allow 4 months for delivery of the Costco shop card. The agent didn't say I had to do anything, I think it was automatic, is that correct?

Second order was an upgrade offer on October 4, first agent (9/29) said it was a prepaid MC, but the second person I talked to on 10/4 said it was a Costco shop card, 15 weeks for delivery.

Will T-Force be a good point of contact to ask about this? I love the agents there, but not sure how much they can see/do about any of these types of promos?
