Hello all, hope you have a wonderful weekend.

In adding up employer cost of health plan benefits, I was wondering if in addition to the typical health insurance coverages, the employer can add to qualified health plan expenses the cost of life insurance and short-term and long-term disability insurance.

Thank you in advance for your response.

Hello all,

If an employee has payroll available for qualified wage of over 15,000 and paid sick leave is 5,000, can we include 10,000 in qualified wages, or we need to reduce 5,000 in paid sick leave from the max 10,000 qualified wage, regardless of the fact that employee had more than 10,000 in the first place?

Thank you!!!

Hi All, I have a question about line 5 in 941-x.

We are claiming a refund for ERC, and the company withheld and paid to the IRS the FICA from the employees. So which one of the four options should I choose? They all seems odd, I can't get a statement from employees who left the company long time ago, and management have no idea where they are.

Please help, thank you

Hello everyone, how should I go about distributing income received from investment in the form K-1 in the months or quarters of the year? I get the K-1 at year end and it’s a one lump sum for the year. Thank you!!!

Hi, does anyone here knows if income from K-1 considered increase in gross receipt? If so, does a loss from K-1 considered reduction for gross receipts purposes? Thank you

Hi everyone, I have a delicate situation with my client and don’t really know how to proceed with applying/no applying.

Here it is:

Client owns 51% (parent-subsidiary) of a restaurant that operated from 2014. Eligible employer by itself, had to shut down, but also sales declined enough per the law.

Same client owns 50% in a bakery (100% together with a single partner who also owns 35% of the restaurant, so brother-sister.

Bakery operated from 2017, had to shut down in 2020 and sales dropped by more than 90% for over a year in 2020/2021. So eligible by itself and also in aggregation with the restaurant.

Now is the challenge: client started a new company in 2020 not related to food busine

ERTC

Priority

Hello everyone, I’m sorry for not posting on RRF, I’m also calling my reps and doing everything I can to help our cause.

My question to all of you is regarding ERTC.

I didn’t apply for this credit, because my payroll person doesn’t know anything about it unfortunately.

Yesterday I got an email from someone who claims to be an expert on ERTC, and wants to do the work for my company in exchange for 10% of what I get.

Does anyone here believe this is a fair arrangement?

On one hand I don’t know how to do it myself so didn’t apply, but on the other hand these guys will take 10% of my credit.

Can you please recommend what’s the best route to take if you were in my shoes?

Also, do you know
