When discarding into tenpai, Mahjong Soul automatically tells you what your wait will be when you hover over the discard. Is there a way to turn this feature off?

The league wiki states that an auto's windup can be interrupted when:

• Attacker is issued a different command.
• Attacker or the target dies.
• Target becomes untargetable.
• Target is too far away.
• Target is no longer in sight.

This seems mostly right - for instance, I've experienced autos being cancelled by the target going out of sight, such as by running into a bush. But I can't recall an auto windup ever being cancelled by the target moving out of the attacker's range (regardless of whether the attacker uses projectiles or not, or whether they're melee or ranged). Most videos on YouTube which analyse games tend not to go more than a couple moves deep into sidelines. But I find I don't get much of an understanding of the position without going further down the alternate routes. One notable exception is this video by Seirawan, which goes pretty far into sidelines that were never played in the actual game, but were probably calculated by both players at the board. Does anyone know where I can find more of this sort of thing? Both videos and blogs/articles are fine.

I only recently learned that you don't have to input your DI at the exact same time as you receive the knockback. As long as you're holding the control stick in a direction at the time of knockback, you'll DI in that direction.

2. Is there any benefit to inputting a direction at the exact time of knockback?
