It feels like 70% of the content in this sub is politics/Mercy/BoFrench lately. This is important content, and I get how we need to be informed. It is just a bit much, and a lot of it is dupes. Are there mods here? The pinned thread has been pinned for the better part of a year now, and I sort of wonder if the mods are awol.

Everytime I see someone on the ball doing incline presses I wonder, who actually did this in real life? There were certainly some other even less stable exercises they would attempt on it.

One of my alter egos as I call them is contacting me rather aggressively to get me to turn it over to him.

Guy is now spamming my voice chat every few days and hitting me with increasingly AI driven drivel about why I should do this.

Today he claims (well an email came in probably from him) claiming he hacked me and will release secrets if I don't comply.

In a week the wfw location is taking out basketball for LIFT and gutting the remaining areas. They are light on details at the desk, but say it will take 2 weeks with no access and the basketball area will be closed forever.

Anyone have finished out Reno photos of what they do with the basketball area?

My gym is near a military base and is packed at nights. They really needed the upgrade whatever it is going to be.
