Here's the Decklist (cards in Main Deck are current): https://moxfield.com/decks/NQXK6RhYOUiZCcDI5AbHWQ

I've been building a [[Nelly Borca]] boros voltron deck with heavy emphasis on [[Sunforger]] combat effects. I like Nelly as the commander because I like the reliable card draw and the built in de-aggro. However, I don't want this to be a goad focused deck.

I am looking for ways to win games more definitively. I've played this deck ~10+ times IRL and usually I am barely hanging on before I get lucky enough to burn my opponents with [[Crackle With Power]]. I am happy with that for a win con, but I want to be a more threate

I have a multi-sampled instrument saved as a device rack, i'll call it "Multi-Piano" for the example. Since ableton needs to locate the samples, I 'Collect All and Save' a blank Project for the device. So I have a folder with the following structure:

Multi-Piano Project
- Ableton Project Info
- Backup
- Multi-piano.als
- Presets
- Samples
  - Imported
    - [.wav files of every piano note]

The device (.adv) is inside the .als file, and I want to be able to surface that .adv from my User Library sidebar. So I have no choice but to bring this entire folder into my User Library, then move the .adg file into my actual collection of devices. That would look some

Please read before downloading:

Ableton Live has a device called Expressive Chords that is a collection of Chord sets, organized by genre. Since I like to use SP404Mk2 to start new songs and I don't play piano, I took each chord from the "Gospel Soul" chord set and turned them into one shots that can be imported to the SP404. (This workflow is based on Yukes' phenomenal SP404 for songwriters video).

There are 2 high-level folders: one with ableton's original keys and one where I've transposed every chord to Cmaj. Each sub-folder has 3 Chord sets, 16 files per set, 15 chords + 1 root note, and you import these files to an empty SP40

If you record your own one-shot instrument sounds and store them on the SD card and use them to layer chromatically on top of your sample chops, I'd like to know what kinds of instruments (bells, pianos, etc... NOT drums or bass!) are the most essential for you.

Same question if you know of a sample pack with great SP-friendly one shots.

I'm savvy enough to record my own using Ableton stock devices, so if y'all have some production tips for recording high quality that'd be great.

SP404 Mk2 user, I've noticed the Pattern Sequencer is not reflecting the changes I make in a pads Pitch/Speed menu.

Here's what I mean: I have a Pattern that is a 1-bar loop with pads 1-4 playing sequentially every quarter note. When I let the pattern run, I can select any of the pads, go into Pitch/Speed and adjust the Volume and that volume change will be reflected in the pattern. The same is NOT true for Speed and Pitch adjustments-- they don't seem to do anything. Why is that? Is that a bug or a feature?

Sorry for another mental health post on this sub, but i really need some advice.

I got into making music via ableton, and i’ve been using it for 13 years. I can’t believe how long it’s been because i haven’t finished and released a song i’m genuinely proud of in almost 6 years.

My workflow sucks, i don’t use any templates because I feel like i don’t want to be put in a genre… i really love hip hop and rock music, but i can’t seem to make a single song in either of those genres. i hate my sample packs, i am frugal as hell with plugins, but i own a Push 3 and a SP404 MK2.

I work a full time job and I have other hobbies and interests, but i never want to quit making music. I just hate tha

I'm trying to export a simple 1-bar loop to Ableton.

I've tried exporting this in two methods, both using the MK2 App: 1) multitrack exported the pattern and 2) copied the pattern to a sample pad (resampled the pattern) then exported the sample.

Both methods are creating a short silence right before the pattern loops again. That silence is not present when I play back the pattern on the device-- it loops perfectly.

Here's an audio clip demonstrating the export. It's a 2-bar loop to demonstrate the silence in the middle.

Is this a known bug??

Let’s say i want to be in Zone 2 cardio for the majority of this Walking activity. there should be a setting when you Start Activity that says “whoop will ping you when you’re above and below Zone 2”.

maybe that’s a niche use case, but i live with a medical condition that makes too much Zone 3+ cardio dangerous for my wellbeing.

i could imagine it working something like a long vibration on the whoop strap when you need to slow down and a pulsing vibration when you need to speed up.

i love my whoop!!!

Hey all I just bought a ADAT extender for my Push 3 (Behringer ADA8200) and i think I’ve set it up properly but there’s no signal going into Push from the 8200.

I’ve attached a photo of the simple set up: I have my SP404 out going into the 8200. I have attached a second photo to prove that the 8200 is getting signal from my SP.

SP404 into Channel 1 of the 8200. ADAT Out of 8200 is connected to ADAT In of Push 3. ADAT In of 8200 is connected to ADAT Out of Push 3.

I have a SP404mk2 and a Push 3 (not standalone). I want to buy a Polyend Play, upgrade my Push 3 to standalone and create a pretty simple DAW-less schema.

What I have in mind is that the 404 and the Play’s audio outputs are sent into the audio inputs of Push 3 standalone.

I see that the Push has 2 audio ins, but I think I wouldn’t be able to get stereo audio from the 404 and the Play with just those 2 ins.

Do I need to use the ADAT expansion thing? I am completely unfamiliar with using ADAT.

Do I need to get a mixer for any reason?

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated 🙏🏽
