Can someone direct me where to find the flex stocking for cap 2 that came out last summer with the planning tool in actual One Best Way. I know all about the guides and pages that have been posted here over the last however many months, but I'm looking for where it was in one best way.

I was under the assumption that as long as i can finish a department, i should work it in order of the prioritization set by the Store Manager and my cap 2 ASM. So naturally if the task times matched, I should be able to stay in grocery until and then work pets, paper, chem, etc until i run out of time for the day. But now im being told (by asms other than the sm and my own) that once i know that grocery *mi

So our store recently got the Pickup Tower, and it's falling on Cap 2 associates to pick and fill it during second shift. They assigned us the Pickup Tower cbls but those all just assume that I know how to pick through pickup today and GiF.

No one in our store on second shift can explain it to me. I know to scan the item in the pick list and put it in a Walmart bag, but when it asks which container or to create a new container, I don't know what to do. Both options print an ASN label, but when I go to stage that in the Tower it throws an error. Is there something I'm doing wrong there?

I'd really just like to know the way it's supposed to be done, but very few of the assistants know what

No one I've talked to, up to co managers, seem to know exactly why this is happening. In the last week, I've noticed tons of our D92 items are "falling out of the mod". One co manager said that happened when things dont sell and go inactive. But that can't be it: top sellers in D92 are losing mods in Item Location for MyProd.

Our store is a few weeks behind on grocery mods. Could it be that being that behind is causing items to lose locations in the system even though they quite obviously have a location on the shelf still? One support thinks its because of the new way of confirming mods?

Anyways, all I know is that its impacting my ability to ensure that all overstock sent the backroom

How much power does management meant have over policy? For example, can upper management, including market, district, or regional, override corporate policy as wanted, or can I open door as per specific wording of policies?

And some may question if it's worth it to fight regional on something but shit, if you want me to change then at least change the policy with respect to that.

Does anyone know if there's a way to check when you punched on the wire for previous week's? For example, one of my team members is upset about how they weren't paid for this and that and I'd like to be able to show them when they punched to see what happened.

And to just say go to management, well our backroom co isn't on our shift right now. And overnight management won't get with her either, "too busy". I suppose personnel is where we go from here but I was just looking to find a solution this evening
