Just wondering if other instructors can relate.

I'm a newish BODYCOMBAT instructor and really loving teaching classes. But the feeling I get after the class really varies depending on the week. Sometimes I feel a real a high; other times I feel really flat.

If I mess anything up, it can really get to me, and I can end up thinking, "Did people hate it?" You know, that kind of thoughts.

Find myself wanting reassurance. Unfortunately, you don't always get it. Just have to show up next week and go again.

I just think it's actually quite an overwhelming experience to teach using all your senses at once, physically, mentally, socially demanding. As I can go completely drained.

I have a participant asking for the AC/DC track in BODYCOMBAT. I know it's likely not actually AC/DC but a cover of an AC/DC track ... However, my Google searches have failed. Anyone know which track this might be?

I'm interested in Les Mills instructor training (in UK) and I see that the only available courses are online. Nothing comes up for in-person. Has Les Mills abandoned in-person training or is it worth waiting for something to come up? I'm interested in Bodycombat.

Recently started attending this class after never having danced before and absolutely love it. I’ve seen a few posts on here complaining about it so I just wanted to offer a counter view. We have such a blast in our class. The moves can be a bit complicated, but it’s so satisfying when you get them and everyone is moving together. Just else feels the same or just generally what people think about LMD?

Is there any way to tell when the next release of each class is scheduled to hit LM+?

I'm particuarly interested in Les Mills Dance #5.

Today I ran 1 accurately measured road 10k with Stryd (bought in 2020) and the official Stryd Apple Watch app.
Previously the results from the Stryd have always been very accurate.

However the distance today as recorded by Stryd was only 9.54km. The watch's GPS measurement was 10.04km. 500m short seems a lot!

A friend who also has a Stryd found his had measured accurately.

Any idea as to what went wrong? I my Stryd faulty? Anything I can to to fault find, or recalibrate?

I had it attached to 4 laces and I think it was very solidly attached. The weather was dry.

I realise this is probably the worst place to ask this but it's the only place that I can think of that I won't be laughed at.

Im asexual myself, I don't think I've ever felt sexual attraction, though I feel aesthetic attrraction and platonic crushes, and sometimes those things mix to make something that is confusing.

But recentlly I was thinking what exactly does sexual attraction feel like? What does it feel like in the body? How can I know if I am feeling it or not? Do people "just know"...???

Im on the spectrum and I have a lot of difficulty with getting in touch with my own feelings, especially in the moment.

Today suddenly a surprise in duo Irish course. A load of new voices, as well as individual word sounds when using the word bank. Not sure if these are computer generated voices or recordings.

It's good because there are now recordings for all words and phrases wheras some didn;t have audio before.

Any gellow Gaeilge learners on here? Have you go this too, what do you think?
