Hi,

I'm starting the single kettlebell ABF program with a 20kg bell.

All good on the ABC day but I'm really struggling with the press day. On week 2, he expects you to do 5 rounds of 2-3-5-10. That's 100 presses in week 2 (!), no way I can do that, I can't even do 5*2-3-5. What gives? I don't see any suggestions how to make it manageable in the book. Also if that's where you are in week 2, what is the progression to week 8?

Maybe I'm starting with too heavy of a weight, but the 20kg works perfectly fine for the ABC days. And I can't see in the book how to test for the right starting weight.

Hi, I'm new in town, just moved to Höngg and will work by the airport. Especially where I live is really hilly, so my good old city bike won't cut it for groceries and commuting, so I'm planning to get a moped (Vespa-like).

I was going for a 125cc engine but saw there are quite many options on the market for 7kW e-mopeds too (not just the 45km/h which is a little too slow). For example I'm looking at models from Etrix or NIU.

Can someone advice if these e-options are worth the extra initial cost? I can see on the positive side, the maintenance is cheaper and of course they are quieter and produce lower (tailpipe) emissions. But is the tech reliable, and are they convenient to drive around

Hi,

I have the Helio strap and I'm considering to expand to other devices, for example the Balance 2 and/or ring, to wear at different times of day (e.g. strap during daily life, watch to work out, ring to sleep).

I have seen that multiple devices are now supported, but is anyone doing this that can share their real life experience? Does it work seamlessly or should I reconsider?

DAO delivered a package to my mailbox, however the package was too big to fit fully in the mailbox, and it was stolen.

DAO even sent me a photo of the package halfway in the mailbox, and they claim it was fully inserted after, but that cannot be possible given the size of the items inside (just one item was 60*10cm and there were 5 more items). I have not given them permission to leave the package outside because I know I live in a shitty area.

Now both DAO and the seller have rejected my complaints and requests for a refund. Is there anything I can do?

I feel so upset and powerless, I can't believe what DAO did is legal...

I love the cleanliness and smoothness of wax, but winters are wet where I live and I'm considering lube to be able to ride long distances without risk of squeaks.

Is it possible to keep one waxed chain for summer and one with lube for winter, on the same bike? Or will the dirt cross-contaminate via the cogs?

Easy swap double wheelset

Accessories / Gear

Hi everyone,

I'm looking to buy a new wheelset, likely from Elite off Aliexpress.

I plan to run it as a double wheelset setup on one bike (road/gravel), so I want to be able to swap easily and fast, without adjusting gears and brakes every time.

Other than mounting the same cassette and rotor, is there something I can do to ensure it will work easily? Or should I better talk to a mechanic (in which case though I'm not sure I can get the wheels off Aliexpress though...).

Details: 3T Racemax bike, 1x12 Rival AXS with stock rotors and cassette, current wheels are stock Fulcrum Rapid Red 900.

Hi everyone,

This is my first Sram groupset, I'm replacing the spindle to install the power meter upgrade (it's a Rival AXS).

I've extracted the old spindle and notice a difference with the new one, that leaves me unsure. The old spindle seems to have some kind of spacer next to the preload ring; the new spindle with power meter does not. PIC FOR CLARITY.

Should I (somehow) remove this spacer and install in on the new one? It doesn't seem removable and it's not mentioned in the instructions. Googling gets me down a rabbit hole of BB spacers, I really hope that's not the same here because it looks like a

Hi everyone,

I have some Alpine adventures planned for the summer, so I'd like to install some lower gearing on my bike, ideally down to 1:1. After a bunch of googling and investigating, I am still not sure what possibilities I have and what would be the most cost-effective option, so I am asking for help!

My setup is a full Shimano 105 from a few years ago, here the details:

  • Front derailleur: FD5800
  • Crankset: FC5800, 52-36
  • Rear derailleur: RD5800, I can't tell if short or long cage, so here's a pic
  • Cassette: 11 speed, 11-28

I understand the options are:

  • Replace the cassette: but how big of a cog can I fit, I doubt it can be as big as 36?
  • Repl

Hi,

I frequently cycle and sometimes drive through the city and I just realised I never noticed a "green wave" effect with traffic lights. Neither at bike speed nor car speed, and not even on roads that seem suited for it (O2, HC Andersen-Åboulevard-Borups, etc.).

Is this something Copenhagen doesn't do, or am I going the wrong speed?

Hi!

I'm looking for a camera where size and portability are the most important aspects. I see online the RX100 range was among the best for those characteristics, however their latest model (mk7) is 4 years old, and I don't want to pay a lot for something outdated.

Are they still valid cameras or something new has surpassed them?

I guess modern phones have, but I'm interested in a camera specifically.

Thank you!

Hi, I just got my DSB employee travel pass and I'm confused on what to do when I need to travel to zones that are outside of my pass.

Let's say I have zones 1 and 2 on my pass, but need to travel to the airport, doing zones 1-2-3-4. What is the best way to pay for zones 3 and 4?

I guess and option is to use the rejsekort but it's not convenient to get off the train/metro to check in when I enter zone 3. Then I tried to buy a ticket on the DOT app by putting start and destination, but it will try to charge me for all 4 zones (also i heard that DOT app charges more than rejsekort so that's not ideal in general, if truel).

Maybe there's a simple solution that I'm being too dumb to see? Than

Edit: got a 1040, it's night and day compared to the 820. Calculation takes seconds.

My Edge 820 is on its last legs and I'd like to replace it.

I've never been happy with their mapping features (very slow recalculation, low map visibility when riding).

Should I look at other brands, or is that fixed with their new models (1030, 1040)? Those are expensive so I don't want to make a purchase I'll regret.

I've just bought a vacuum robot that is compatible with Google Home (Dreame D10).

I wish to set the robot to clean when I leave home. The Away routine would be perfect for this (if the geofencing worked, but that's another matter...). However the robot is not available as an action for the Away routine (other devices are available; the robot is available for other routines).

Any guess what could be wrong?
