So I have to say these two recent additions to Dropout have held little to no appeal for me personally because I don't really enjoy these types of things. I had never seen or heard of them before they came to Dropout and gave both of them a shot and just really not for me. That being said I am incredibly glad that Dropout picked them up and promotes them!

What the hell is this subreddit lol. I joined for some information about seasons and if it's worth it to sub to the Patreon or just listen for free? Are the Hearthside chats worth listening to during the season or should I binge them after a season? Should I listen to seasons in any order or is it linear?

I am wondering if anyone has the Green Deck of Dota 2 playing cards that would be willing to help me out by scanning them and sending them to me. A friend of mine loves these cards and had a deck he lost in a recent fire in California. While I cant replace the cards I was going to Cross Stitch some of his favorites into a piece for him and CNC Router the rest into a wood desk I am making for him. I can find a few high res images online but not many that have the cards separated and I cant find all of them anywhere.

So for some reason this game is bottlenecking on my GPU hard. I have an AMD 6700xt which runs every other triple A game at medium to high graphics 1080p with no issues but for some reason Delta Force is getting massive FPS drops on big maps or when there are lots of people in tight clusters.

I can play Operations at 240fps ultra graphics with no issues but Warfare just turns into a slide show even on low. Anyone have any good solutions or advice? I have tried most things I can find online like closing the launcher locking fps at 240 playing in borderless windowed mode and lowering or turning off ever setting. Any help would be great because I love the game but I can't play a slide show.

So my daughter is really into a cartoon called Rescue Riders and there are virtually no toys on the market other than super overpriced items being scalped. I want to make her a cross stitch other than just the title but I cannot get any of the characters to look right on any of the pattern makers. So I just got a Steam Deck 512gb LCD for recovering from a transplant and I plan to play on it pretty much everyday for the 30 days I am isolated in a foreign town for recovery. I bought a Belkin docking station with the highest rating, a wireless mouse keyboard and headset, and a case. Any other recommended accessories for extended Sessions? Also I want to play Guild Wars 2 but I have it through ArenaNet not Steam is there an easy way to get it on the deck or should I just rebuy it and start a new account?

Hello everyone as the title says I just bought a Steam deck primarily to use while recovering from a kidney transplant but I have a few questions. I love playing Dota and don't want to haul my gaming PC to the surgery recovery apartment they are putting me up in (surgery is 10 hours from my house so I have to relocate for the next 90 days). Would I be able to play Dota 2 on the deck if I buy a docking station and just bring a monitor mouse and keyboard? Also are the third party docking stations okay to use? Id buy the Steam one in a heartbeat but I can't afford it with medical bills and travel expense I already stretched myself to get the 512 LCD Deck so I could install at least 3 games.

So I'm rereading cradle for the 32nd time and in Underlord I noticed what I think is an error in continuity. Mercy has a gold sign which is her liquid black gloves but in Chapter 19 they specifically say that Akura children bond with the books bypassing the need for a remnant. So I have a hair brained theory here that there are no new CAD's. My theory is that CAD's are kind of a limited stock thing and we are reusing or reprogramming them when users die. We know that CADs can be stripped or taken. We also don't know how the base stats are assigned but they seem to align with the user. What if CADs leave behind a spark or some essence of their previous users stats and the MIND is lining them up with new users. They are dialed down to match what the new user can handle and growth spec is based on how fast that person is capable of growing. In Rei's case what if the MIND zeroed out all of the specs of multiple CADs and combined them all into his growth spec? We know

I constantly see the big dogs recommended on here like Stormlight Archives or KingKiller Chronicles or ASOIAF but what are those little books that you picked up and powered through? I have a little list of the random books I read in between the big releases and would love to add some new ones to the pile!
