As the title says, I can't go on with this, I am incredibly angry and sad and completely lost on what to do.

Is there a rational checklist or system in place to work through this shit?

I recently posted about a simple issue, but one I know I am not qualified to handle.

I spoke to a few local plumbers and when I asked one of them about being licensed he got pissed and left.

I asked, "just to be sure, you are licensed and bonded and can provide a copy of that for my records right"? And it pissed him off enough to leave.

Is there a better way to ask this, did I commit a major sin? Or is this guy just most likely not legally able to do the job and got pissed when I asked?

I would like to find a mixer that accepts 3.5mm stereo inputs and has 3.5mm stereo outputs.

The idea is that I would like to get a simple solid audio card for my Windows 10 PC, set the audio out jacks to all be independent, and to assign each audio portion of my computer to a different output and have it all output to the mixer where I can then adjust the levels manually for each item and send that mixed audio as a single stream back out to my PC and preferably a second output to a set of headphones that allows an entirely different audio mix.

The idea is that when streaming I can have the streaming audio balanced for the viewers, whereas in my headphones I can lower the music and

I have a couple of Air Conditioners that would be better shut off during parts of the day when not needed and I would love to automate turning them off and on.

They always start up the same way and they can be remotely controlled via standard simple IR.

However, I cannot seem to find a simple IR blaster that can work with HA.
