I'm a seasoned ipogo on iphone/ipad user but haven't really played much with android devices before so hoping some can advise

I need to get an android tablet for some other reason so thought might as well try and get ipogo running on it as well, run an alt account on it, and just farm shinies to trade to my main account. So to get ipogo running on the android tablet, I just need to root it(for maximum safety? I know nothing is ever 100% safe, but running ipogo on rooted is better than not rooted right?), then install and run the ipogo launcher on it? My assumptions are that rooted on android is similar to jailbroken on IOS, and we're still running the stock Pokemon Go app, just that ipogo

I’ve been staking for a couple of years now with no major issues. Had my ports forwarded, usual ports were open for both the execution and consensus clients, all working fine, had as many peers as I wanted.

Recently my ISP has gone to a CGNAT setup with the option of paying an extra $10 for a static IP, which I’m trying to avoid. From what I’ve read, staking will still work ok even without any incoming peers for the clients so in worst case scenario, can just leave it like that. But wondering if anyone here has set up something to get around CGNAT?

Had a brief look around and from my limited research, the usual cloudflare Argo tunnels solution for CGNAT may not work for staking setups(bec

Can someone help advise me what I'm doing wrong? Have searched this sub and this is supposedly doable and others have obviously been able to do it. I'm trying to reroll some specific powerful enchantments using the enchantsmith and I'm having no luck at all, even after spending a ridiculous amount of gold, save-scumming to get the gold back, and trying again. I understand there's a RNG part of this but I'm not seeing any powerful enchantments come up, let alone the specific ones I'm after

eg. I'm trying to reroll for chilling, shockwave, swirling, radiance, chain reaction and some other keys ones I'm after, on multiple different items, I've now spent a total of 400,000 gold and a few hour

Am currently running Besu/Lighthouse combo, and am interested in swapping EL over to Nethermind to take advantage of the much smaller database size footprint(as of v1.19.0). Would appreciate some feedback/suggestions as to best way to do this.

I was initially going to use an alternate spare NUC(with a smaller 1TB SSD) to sync Nethermind EL client while I kept my current Besu/Lighthouse validator node going. Then once Nethermind was fully synced on the alternate NUC, point Lighthouse in main NUC to the Nethermind client on the alternate NUC so it could keep attesting with no downtime while I setup and sync Nethermind on my main NUC, and once finished syncing, re-point Lighthouse back to a

I was just checking beaconcha.in for my validator and noticed that I had 3 orphaned recently. Have been staking for some time now and its first time I've noticed these "orphans". What are they? Did I miss a block proposal because of these orphans?

I understand the missed attestations but never encountered these orphaned ones before.

I've just upgrade my staking software(Besu+lighthouse) to latest versions in preparation for next phase and I've just noticed that disk usage seems to have jumped a fair bit since I last had a close look at it

Besu: 906gb

Lighthouse: 380gb

Do those disk usage numbers seem right? I vaguely remember when I checked a few months back, Besu was using around 700gb and lighthouse around 250gb so the sudden growth seems a bit strange. Do I have to purge a db somewhere or resync something in order to get back to "normal"?

Seeing as most stakers ask about the storage requirements for execution clients, I thought I'd ask about storage requirements for consensus clients as well so that everyone has a good idea of what each one uses.

I'm using lighthouse and my lighthouse beacon directory is currently about 230GB. Does that sound right to others who are also running lighthouse? Seems a bit high to me, but thats just a feeling.

Interested to see if other consensus clients use a lot more or a lot less.

Does anyone here know the mechanics behind how the timezone changes affect collection of coins from gyms and also field research task progress? What I'm finding is inconsistent behaviour with the ability to collect coins on the current day and just wondering if someone here knows better how it works

eg. I'm based in Australia, so every night around midnight, I go to all my local gyms and put pokemon in 5 or 6 gyms. I'll log out(close the app) while I'm still in my local area. Then when I wake up in the morning, I login and start playing. Usually some pokemon have been booted while I've been sleeping so some coins will have been earned for the current day and these reflect in my balance

Does Besu use more CPU resources than Geth? I've just swapped from Geth to Besu, its fully synced now, ready for merge and I'm just looking at my CPU usage history for the past few days and it looks like Besu seems to work the CPU a lot more.

Running it on a 11th gen i5 NUC with 64Gb RAM(virtualized with Proxmox) and with the previous setup of Geth+Lighthouse, it used to average around 10% CPU usage. Now with the combination of Besu+Lighthouse, its recording about 30-40% on average. Note that this is after completing the sync, during the sync process, CPU usage was going 70-90% which I expected, but I didn't expect CPU usage to still be consistentlyhigher once it completed the sync.

I posted this on ausfinance, and didn't get many answers so hopefully posting this here with some professionals might reveal some answers. Just trying to see if the additional tax leakage I'm seeing when I'm calculating what happens to foreign income that gets distributed to(or earnt) a bucket company) is correct:

Trying to understand how a bucket company works with regards to a trust distributing foreign income to it and how tax effective it is or isn't. Not sure if I've calculated everything correctly, more likely than not, I've missed something crucial so am hoping someone here can help with some feedback on what I'm thinking

I’ve noticed some consistent crashing of ipogo on specific triggers and wonder if anything can be done to lessen it happening. My ipogo consistently crashes every time

  1. my buddy finds a candy while walking, will get the notification on top of screen then crash
  2. After I hatch an egg, I choose another egg to incubate and as soon as I pick the incubator to use, it goes back to the egg screen then crashes out

During the last adventure week when so many research tasks were to do with buddy walking for candies and incubating eggs(and hatch distance was halved) so had room for the bonus gift eggs, my ipogo was crashing constantly because I chose a 1km candy buddy and always had a few eggs i

Trust A has:
$10000 gross foreign income(eg. dividends from VTS/VEU)
$1500 tax credit paid - FITO(foreign income tax offset)
$8500 paid in cash to Trust A as a result of the foreign dividends.

Trust A distributes $10000 to Bucket Company B, along with $1500 FITO($8500 in cash). Tax return for Company B will show foreign assessable income

I can't seem to find anything concrete on whether Foreign Income Tax Offsets(FITOs) should be added to a company's franking account, can anyone here confirm how they're supposed to be treated when a company has FITOs as part of its assessable foreign source income? I know that franking credits from franked dividends/distributions are added onto the franking account and can be used later to distribute franking credits when franked dividends are paid out from the company but can't find anything on ATO website on what to do with FITOs.

eg. a company, ABC Pty Ltd, owns some VAS shares. As part of VAS's distributions for the year, they pay out $1000 unfranked/interest in
