Hi!

So, when I got my PC the mobo ran with bios version FCc and I could enter BIOS just fine, and everything seemed OK. Only quirk was that it would for some reason not allow me to turn off the iGPU - you'd change the setting, save and exit reboot and could see the setting unchanged directly in BIOS.

With some unrelated AMD driver timeout issues I wanted to try updating BIOS. This went just fine, and HWiNFO64 confirms the new bios version FA1a. I can also get into Windows with no issues.

The issue comes with actually getting into BIOS after the update. No matter how hard/early I mash DEL it's ignored - just insta boot Windows. The advanced startup into UEFI firmware from Windows doesn't w

I'd really like the production bonus, but I'm having major loyalty issues in some of the castles I was recently awarded, and the Governor only seems to make it worse.

Is it basically a no-no to put a non-culture matching companion as a Governor?

I'm getting -3 since I'm of the wrong culture, and another -1 because of the Governor.

Hey!

Some intro:

I got my first NAS about 2.5 years ago with the intention of running it as a Plex media server and misc storage, together with some docker stuff; deluge, sonarr, radarr. That kinda stuff.

As a complete beginner with a bit of a budget I got myself an Synology DiskStation DS218+ together with 4GB of extra RAM that was recommended online, and for storage 2x 2TB WD Red.

My first setup was running the two drives as JBOD since I felt 2TB was a bit too small and the whole thing was a bit of an experiment. Today, I feel the pain of that decision.

With that intro out of the way, here are my questions.

  1. My NAS is reporting my volume pool as 'Crashed' yet I seem to be able to a

Okay, so I'm looking for something comparable in scope and quality to the works I'm about to list.

I'm not really super particular on it being fantasy/sci-fi per se (fiction would be a better label I guess) but that is my go-to genres.

Works I've enjoyed a lot:

  • The First Law trilogy and all standalone novels, including the A Little Hatred (Steven Pacey is probably the best narrator I've listened to)
  • Kingkiller Chronicles
  • Gentleman Bastard
  • Red Rising

Works I enjoyed, but not to the extent of the above:

  • Mistborn (only listened to the first book, didn't really get captured by it, will continue at some point)
  • The Stormlight Archive
  • The Raven's Shadow
  • Shattered Sea

Hi,

The original issue I'm trying to resolve:

  1. Sonarr tells Deluge to download - works.
  2. Upon download complete Deluge will unrar if needed - works.
  3. Sonarr will the import the unrar'd file - works.
  4. Sonarr runs a script made to cleanup the unrar'd file in torrent folder after successful import - does not work.

Some relevant info on my setup;

I've got Sonarr and Deluge running in Docker containers off my Synology NAS. Sonarr has permissions working so far as I can tell as it can read and write to necessary folders fine.

The script currently has -rwxrwxrwx permissions, so should be executable.

The script is found OK on path I specified as the 'Test' function works.

Hi!

So I really have two separate issues that I'm gonna list. The devices affected are 3 separate arcade sticks (Razer Panthera Evo, HORI Fighting Edge and the MadCatz TE2+).

The first issue concerns my HORI stick. When plugging it in it is recognized and works properly. After being plugged it for a time that seems somewhat random (albeit short, 5 minutes at most usually) Windows will stop receiving inputs from the stick/buttons. The controller is recognized everywhere in Windows, but it doesn't actually function. If I unplug and plug it in, the cycle repeats. Works for 5 minutes, then the same issue again.

This particular controller doesn't have a power LED, but I'm guessing it just stop

So this happens to me with both my Panthera Evo and my TE2+;

I plug it in, works fine. Shut down computer. Start computer next day, I notice the light aren't lit on the stick, try it in a game/settings menu and no inputs are registering (Windows still detects the stick though, in device manager, and acts like everything is good).

If I replug the stick it lights up and everything is fine, but it's a hassle to do it everytime.

When googling people have mentioned power options a bunch of times, so tried turning off both Fast Boot in my Windows power plan, as well as turning off the "Allow windows to turn this device off to save power" on the USB port I got my stick on in device manager.

So after a few minutes in Tekken the stick randomly just stops recognizing any inputs. The stick is still recognized by Windows as inserted, but no inputs.

I've tried updating the firmware and checking power management options for USB, no luck.

Got any tips?

Hi!

My rig:

i7 9700k
2x8GB Corsair ram
RTX 2080
Asus Z390-A PRIME mobo
1 TB m2 drive
1 500gb SSD SATA drive

So today after getting home from work I was greeted with something really weird. After turning on my PC it booted up to the Win10 login screen, after pressing enter it then froze and never recovered. No bluescreen, no error message; just a frozen screen. It had been working just fine for 2-3 months prior to this with no hiccups after I assembled it.

Upon doing a hard reboot using the power button my PC then started bootlooping without posting at all (..I later found out that this is probably the MemOK! tests that the mobo does).

On inspecting the leds I noti
