Our family is getting our very first dog - a four-month old apple head. We’ve done a ton of research on house-training… maybe too much. We’re starting to overthink things. Our plan is to use pads since we live in a second floor walk-up apartment.

My partner and I have a NY state LLC for a side business. I also have a full-time job.

If I were to be let go from my full-time employer, would earning money through our LLC prevent me from receiving severance payment?

As I understand it, I wouldn’t be permitted to receive severance payments and salary from a new full-time job. But I’m unclear about how it’s would affect my LLC earnings.

Any info/advice/resources would be greatly appreciated!

If I’m bringing medical/dental files or reports to my small claims court hearing (NYC) should I redact the Doctor’s name who had completed the report? Or is that critical to making my case?
