A very simple question but don't know where to post it. So I'm physically in SEA but playing in Americas region in Battle.net. Now the Battle.NET connection option in Twitch shows a separate SEA option and NA option.
What should I choose to get portraits etc?

So for our electronics subject we were given running lights as a project. So we just purchased the kit followed the circuit and built the thing however i'm not too sure how it really works. Prior to this all our discussion is from different electrical components (resistors, caacitors, transistors and solving values) however i'm not sure howthey are used in once they're included in a circuit.
Say all those resistor and capacitors what there actual purpose is to make everything in the circuit work. More like a step by step to power the running light. I understand that the ICs have inside their own circuit type and Ive been doing some reading but I think it's fine to have the details of the IC
