Trying to figure out where the best place is to watch for events going on in the community. I mostly use the Rogue Valley Times site but notice that it still misses quite a few things happening here in Medford (that I usually learn about after the fact when the news covers them). Thanks!
Haven’t heard much about training camp since it was announced it would be held in Santa Barbara (likely UCSB, but unconfirmed). Does anyone know if any of the practices are open to the public, or where exactly they’re being held? Thanks🤝
How “worth it” is it? Like how much trouble/money would you go through to make it to one? Coming from the States, I’d be looking at a long flight to the middle of nowhere (like Saskatchewan) plus lodging. Was wondering if anyone who has been to a live show thinks it’s worth the added expense of going to Canada to see one, thanks.
u/jackfirecracker got me thinking when he commented “WDTBS” in reference to a certain Kenny Hotz original song.. what other acronyms could be applied to KVS? Comment them and see if others can guess! ie; Spenny is a SEFH!
Thinking about starting a medical Spanish interest group since many of our patients are Spanish-speaking only. Does anyone have experience with this in residency? Any resources you recommend? Or a template/scheme of how to go about it? Just looking for a jumping off point. Currently, I was thinking of hosting a monthly mid-day conference-like powerpoint with some time for practice for anyone who's interested. Thanks!
Anyone out there aware of any decks for Step 3 studying or based on MKSAP (review tool for IM boards)? I've found a smattering of decks with anywhere from 500-1500 cards by searching for shared decks on Ankiweb and looking at Quizlet. Just wondering if anyone has any good leads, thanks.
In anticipation of the series EVENTUALLY finding its way back to YouTube, which episode do you think is grossly underrated and should be watched more by other fans? For me, it’s Who Can? I initially thought it was a waste of time and low effort but every subsequent viewing I find myself laughing at the ridiculous storyline Kenny creates and how miserable Spenny is in the basement (dude did you fucking shit??). Let’s hear yours!
