If so what was the process like beyond the initial BBC form filling and did you need to take ID to prove who you were?

OK so I know a lot of people are dead against it because they think its a way to convince people to cancel Brexit etc. But how about we just have a vote (advisory of course) without any campaigning? Surely then there can be no real attempt to coerce people into subverting democracy? Its just a simple are you sure? Essentially it would just been a country-wide poll to see where we go from here, be that another (binding) referendum to settle things or a general election I don't really know but what is clear is that there is no mandate for a no deal Brexit and something needs to be done about that.
It may not stop Brexit but will it change the way you think about it? Is the term 'will of the people' still valid? Should we try harder for a compromise between leave and remain? Should the key players of Leave.EU be banned from politics?
Will Nissan stay once Britain leaves? How one factory explains the Brexit business dilemma | Long Read

Everything from the footage choice to the structure (it jumps around a lot) to the quality of the talking heads and of course to the words of Sir Bobby himself just reinforces what a rare and special talent he was, and not just as a manager but as a human being. The manner in which he conducts his life (the fight, the enthusiasm, the compassion and the dignity), right up until the end (his fifth

I understand the reasons why we do not allow editorialising but with YouTube videos its sometimes counter productive as a user can upload a misleading title then post it here.
For example, look at this recent post, its quite clearly misleading, i.e. the speech was not banned, what Tommy is reading is (apparently) not even the original speech.

I have noticed it getting steadily worse for a few years now but it reached ridiculous proportions yesterday when a group of 10 (or so) drug users were buying from a guy in a telephone box (on Charing X Road, 9:30am!) with the queue for drugs completely blocking passage through for pedestrians. I decided to ask one of them to move and was chased away by a screaming fiend who ran after me for a couple of hundred yards until I ducked into a shop. I have also seen people injecting / smoking crack in the streets / phone boxes, its become like the 90s all over again.
