Yeah the animations are excessive and rounds take too long but if it's just me and you fighting to the bitter end, it's some BS to keep me from seeing your board for 5 rounds straight.

I have 3 roommates and I just got a popup from one of them telling me:

I have needs and they are not being met in this place. I can barely take care of myself. Could you make sure there are enough things in this place that I can take care of myself? If not... I'm going to have to start looking for another place.

I did a google search but nothing came up about it. Has this happened to anyone else? Is there a way to find out what need they specifically have?

I don't have a mansion but it's liveable and all of my needs are in the green. I have everything for basic needs. I've seen her shower, use the toilet, watch tv, talk to other housemates and eat. They've been with me for

We're staying in the FQ.

We want to take the St Charles streetcar down to around Audubon park and then walk our way down to Magazine street. A few questions

  1. Which stop would be best (near Audubon Park) to get off?

  2. Which road should we walk down to get to Magazine st? Does it even matter? Can/Should we walk through Audubon park down to Magazine?

  3. Should we skip Audubon park all together and come down a different way? The Streetcar and Magazine st are pretty high up on the todo list, Audubon park isn't as high a priority but it looked like a good starting point.

Any suggestions?

My husband and I are taking our 14 year old to Disney World in a few months. She has sensory issues and is very concerned about rides like Soarin' and Pandora. She's also not a huge fan of coasters.

So my question is: On rides that I know for sure she isn't going to want to ride, can we do rider switch? She definitely meets all height requirements, is this even an option for us?

Or should we go in single rider lines? Will they let her wait for us to ride?

I don't know how any of this works. I've been to DW once, but it was 20 years ago and I didn't have kids.

I'm very uncomfortable just leaving her to wander around (Example, taking the chicken exit for Tower of Terror). I'

My husband and I are going on our first cruise in December. We're on a Carnival ship and I've got a couple of questions.

  1. Soda. We can bring one 12pack per person, but does that mean it has to actually be in a pack? Or can we have any combination of 24 cans of soda?

We enjoy a seltzer that comes in packs of 8. So two of those would be 16 cans. Could we bring three 8 packs? Or two 8 packs and a 6 pack of some other soda? This feels more confusing than I intend for it to be...

  1. Wine. Can I get some packing tips on this? I know we have to carry it on, but I've never just stuffed 2 bottles of wine into a backpack. How do you guys pack your wine?

So I started a painters club at my house. All of the club members leave their paintings at my place and I can sell them. Depending on the length of the session and the painting level of my members, I can make crazy bank. The highest amount I counted was 32k, but it's typically more like 15k Either way, O.o

That felt a little cheaty to me. So I picked up the Mentor reward/perk (1000 points) and decided to make rules.

My sim is now the "teacher of a painting class". The club members are his students. When the "Mentor" option is no longer available, they've reached level 10 and I must replace them with a new student.

The club feature is really so neat. Props to the developers on t

I'm not sure this can be solved. I've googled and found out who's singing it (Mike O'Neil) but that doesn't help me any. The song in question is the theme from French Cooking at Home on the cooking channel. And every time I hear it I think it's has to be a remake because the lyrics are so familiar.

If it's an original song, what am I thinking of? It's driving me crazy!

Is there a pencil that doesn't smudge off? I don't like to wear heavy eyeliner on my bottom lid but I love the way tightlining my top lid looks.

I've only tried two different pencils, one NYC which actually did better at staying put but made my vision blurry... and UD 24/7 which glides on great and then stays there for like 24.7 seconds before transferring to the bottom and staying there 24/7. It's so hard to get off my bottom lashes for some reason lol

I'm not great with liquids (although better now thanks to your tips) and my shaky hands scares me away from trying to put liquid liner so close to my eye.

Help me

Some mornings I feel brave and say "I'm going to try this again!" And then I'm doomed to no less than 30 minutes of trying to not look like I let my 4 year old play Make Up Artist on my face.

What kind of cruel joke is liquid liner? Also, I'm peeved that other people can use it like a pro and I can't. Grr!

Give me your secrets!
