I have about 700 grams of gold-filled jewelry. It is various assorted pieces. About half are watch bands with GF caps. Of that lot, half have been "cleaned". That means I pulled the GF caps off the bands. Everything else is cleaned. That means stones removed, any extra non-GF material removed, watch crystals and movements removed, springs removed, etc. No GF crowns.

I have no experience refining metals. Should I and could I do anything with this lot myself? Meaning, is there any "low hanging fruit" that I could do myself to get the most value out of the lot.
