Week 1 Results are in, and Lazlo is the king. The boys made their picks last week. Out of 16 games, Lazlo got 12 correct (75%), Slim got 8 (50%), and Nick got 9 (56.3%).

Long time, first time and all that. My wife and I purchased a home in Indiana from a flipper. During the flip, the seller installed all new electrical and did a ton of other stuff. It's no surprise that much of the work was done hastily and incorrectly, but there's one problem that seems so ridiculous that we'd like to pursue reimbursement for the repair.

I know it's a little far out, but surely there's something for the under 35 crowd around Webster, Kirkwood, or Des Peres?
