Is anyone else calling the senators of Indiana asking them to vote against the Save Act?
This bill will stop millions of Hoosiers from being able to vote, and no! your REAL ID is not sufficient.

Aphantasia is the inability to see images in your head.
Much of magick talks about visualizing things. But if a person son can't see images, how do they overcome this?
What's strange is I can have vivid, in color dreams, but cannot see imag s when I try to picture then in my head. I know I'm thinking about an apple, but I don't see an apple.
There are days where I fight going to sleep simply because I don't want tomorrow to come. Having to deal with one more day of constant anxiety and isolation just drains me mentally and emotionally.
Dealing with PTSD while all alone is so hard. I have no support. I have no one to just be there to tell me that things aren't as bad as my brain makes then out to be. I know people who suffer from various mental and emotional issues, but they all have a significant other who helps them through.
So I used to be so open, so outgoing. I used to make friends all the time. Then PTSD hit me 20+ years ago. It caused my world to shrink. I lost all of my friends. The last couple of years I tried to reach back out to people who remembered the old me, hoping to rebuild friendships. Only to find my attempts always fail.
I know we grew apart, but we also used to be really good friends.
What makes it harder for me is that if the roles were reversed, id be there for all of them. That's just who I am.
What does a person do when they don't see an end to just how unhappy they are in life? PTSD sabotages ALL relationships. Family, friends, work, everything. I've been on several medications. I've seen several therapists. Nothing seems to work. I'm so tired of this daily struggle.
I keep going into these moods where I don't want to be alone, but I also don't want to be around anyone. I wake up every day feeling mid to high levels of anxiety, I take my medications and they don't really work. My job was absorbed into another department where we are micromanaged, extremely high metrics to meet, and a huge amount of responsibility with extremely minimal training. I know I won't be able to do the work in this department. I've been applying for jobs, I'll get an interview but my anxiety flares up and sabotages me so I don't get the hired. I am on the verge of being homeless because I have no one I can turn to.
Dealing with PTSD , being alone but wanting someone to be here with me, but not being able to go out to be with anyone nor have anyone to call to come and just hang out. My closest family member lives over an hour away.
I often feel like I'm stuck in my life. Nothing I do alters it. I see the very few friends I have moving forward in life. Leaving me further and further behind. I watch as they get interviews for better jobs, and then get those jobs. While I try to find a better job, my resume gets me in the door, but my anxiety sabotages the interview. So I temain stuck where I'm at. My anxiety sabotages much of my life. My relationships, my career, my social life.
I went out with friends for the first time in months. For a while, it felt good, like I could almost forget. But when the night ended, I came home to nothing but silence. No one waiting to hear about my day. No one to sit beside me in the quiet. I was so drained from walking that I went to bed early, but sleep didn’t last. I woke at 2:30 a.m., and the loneliness crashed over me like an avalanche. It’s always like this. Every time I let myself enjoy a moment with others, the emptiness afterward feels even heavier. I bury how I feel because most of the time it’s just sadness and anxieity.
Hi, I’m in my 50's, single, and recently offered early retirement, but the lump sum they offered me isn’t enough to live on. I don’t have savings, so I have to keep working, but it’s been hard to see a clear path forward.
What’s hitting me the hardest right now is the loneliness. I never thought I’d feel this isolated at this age, and it’s been getting heavier lately. I don’t really have anyone to talk to about it, and I guess I’m just hoping to connect with people who might understand where I’m coming from?
If anyone else has gone through something similar, or is just feeling the same kind of stuck, I’d really appreciate hearing from you. Thanks for reading.
