Towards the end of last year I received a PCN from Parkmaven for an unpaid parking session. I honestly didn't see any signs at the time, I appealed through Parkmaven's online form using a template from Money Saving Expert which was consequantly rejected.
The rejection was sent to my home address. I subsequntly ignored the rejection (probably a bad idea) and the case was passed to DCB Legal LTD for debt collection. However, they sent all the correspondence to my previous address, which has been forwarded to me as a friend still lives there. Again I've been ignoring it which again was probably a bad idea. The most recent form is a Claim Form from the County Court.
I called DCB Legal saying
I turned 30 almost an hour ago, and just an hour and a half ago I left you in the hospital with the morphine driver in, I hope you liked the songs I played for you through your headphones. I hope over the coming years you will be able to hear all the things I couldn't find words for and I hope you find the peace and love you need and always deserved.
Despite the problems we had that you could never understand that's OK, you did the best you could and I'm glad you could hear and feel that I loved you before the end. I'm glad I could hear you tell me you loved me and always have. Go to peace Dad, I love you.
My therapist has said she's often wondered if I have ADHD and when she first mentioned it a couple years back I laughed it off, but now I've actually researched it slightly I think she might have a point or at least there are a ton of crossover symptoms, it does seem like there are a lot of crossovers so I don't really know what to think.
Has anyone else got any experience with this? I'm having a real brain fog day somehow its been almost 5 hours since I had a therapy session this morning and was talking about this. Does anyone have any helpful resources or info where I can find out more?
I'm having a very hard time atm, each day is dragging and it takes me so long to get through the mind fog to do anything. When I do things to relax it's more like I'm doing them as chores, or that I feel I have to do them because I 'like' them, but inevitably I just end up mindlessly scrolling apps and then freaking out about how much time I've wasted.
I really feel so deflated right now, like I'm going backwards instead of forwards and I feel so so disconnected from the world. Basically wish I could just get anesthesised and sleep forever cos I can't see any hope of things changing any time soon. Feel very numb which is weird I haven't been numb for ages, not even looking for advice just v
For a little over a year, myself and a friend have been planning and working on setting up a food stall. We did our first event yesterday so the past week or two has been non stop thinking and planning every detail, constantly making mental lists and generally being stressed to the max and trying to manage this anxiety alongside my already messed up brain. So anyway, the day comes and we're running late, it was just a lunchtime event for an office block so not huge but still we hadn't even finished plugging in appliances when there's a queue as these office workers have lunch at 12 on the dot.
So, all the planning out the window, we had no prep done, first time running it, first time usin
It's been about a year since I had a real breakthrough in therapy with understanding my childhood and the effects it's had on me, understanding subsequent patterns of behaviour and abusive relationships and so on.
During the Covid lockdowns I had to move back in with my parents temporarily, at the same time I was finishing my masters dissertation which tbf the whole degree was just a big distraction method after a very traumatic event a few years prior. As it was ending I was getting very overwhelmed with the stress of it, perfectionism and all that, living back with my parents which was constantly triggering although I didn't really know it at the time and was self medicating pretty hard
