I don’t remember seeing anyone mention this on here but I just got the first of my force changed Smartly cards and it’s 0% FTF in the cardmember agreement. So it seems to have retained that attribute from the HT it converted from.

That is, unless I missed them changing to Smartly from 3% to 0% FTF at some point?

Not that I really need another 0% FTF but I’ll always take one over one with a fee.

Now I just have to wait and see if they give me the proper 5% rewards I’m owed from purchases made before they forced the change in my account before I ever received the card despite the original letters saying I could continue using the card until I activated the Smartly.

Internet Disconnection

New Post - Billing

I called to disconnect service on May 16th and just wanted to get some confirmation from someone about the final bill.

My billing cycle was 17th-16th of each month and I called on the 16th to have service scheduled for disconnect at the end of that day. So I wouldn’t owe any for the next billing cycle and yall wouldn’t owe any refund.

The bill for billing period of May 17th - June 16th had already cut but since I cancelled service, I shouldn’t owe it. According to the upcoming charges on the website tho, it seems to be showing 2 $10 ETF which certainly isn’t the case since my contract ended on that May 16th.

so can I get someone to look at my account and straighten it out?

I’ve either never seen or just never noticed this one before.

TLDR: This is the first time the ETV was higher than my order “receipt’s” price, basically

I got an item that “cost” me $549 on the checkout page because that’s what the vine participating seller is selling it for but they used the ETV price of another seller that sells on Amazon but wasn’t the Vine participant, that made it $582.

Is that commonly seen and I’ve just never noticed they use ETV from whatever seller they want to on Amazon? I’d always thought they used the price from the seller that was actually participating in vine for the item before any discounts and all that, of course

I‘m not talking about th

I just noticed in my app that it had Q4 ready to be activated. It is apparently Amazon and Target. I would have really liked to see a mobile wallet but we can't always get what we want.

I did a search on the sub and didn't see any posts about this already but if there was one then let me know and I'll get rid of this one.

I have a line that is on its second month of a 3/$45 trial that I planned to put on the $180 Flex plan. As we know, when you're on the 3/$45 trial, or I suppose any multi month plan, you can't change the upcoming plan until you're on your last month unless you contact support.

I just contacted support through chat to see if I could still be eligible for that plan since I had been on the trial when it changed and I was told "You could have reached out to us before the change and we would have found a way for you." and I was just wondering if that's accurate? Obviously if I would have known the plans would be changing then I would have reached out to see if support to set the upcoming plan f

I only have internet service in a state that internet service is tax exempt. On the bill, there is a small charge that is specifically listed as "sales tax" added onto my bill. I considered the possibility that it is related to having the gateway but the math doesn't math no matter whether I consider them taxing the $10 up charge for complete or as if I were paying the full $25 charge despite it being included in my promo.

I contacted chat to ask about it but he said

as the charges were from xfinity and even I cannot even determine why it has been charged on your account as well

Could I get an agent here to tell me exactly what that charge is for?

Thank you

I just recently got Xfinity and the first two month's bills have had a tax specifically listed as "sales tax" on an internet only account.

The problem with that is that my state doesn't allow sales tax on internet access.

I gave front line support a chance last month but the charge still exists on the second bill. The tax also wasn't refunded like the support promised. Not I'd like to give the support on here a chance to fix it before I have to elevate it to the appropriate state agencies.

How long did it take them to ship it out?

I ordered an E12C with 2700k 519a on the 10th and still nothing with shipping yet. I emailed after a week and Ivy said it would ship before the end of the week but that obviously didn’t happen.

I really thought that they would be able to handle me ordering a light that I thought was already made and just had to ship. I didn’t try customizing anything this time and it seems they still can’t do it.

Just wondering if others had shipping problems for those clearance sales lately.

As another question, people that ordered a 519a on clearance, was it domed or dedomed?

As a customer, assuming there is nobody behind me in the drive thru.

If I place an online order that isn’t quite ready when I get there, does sitting at the window mess with ticket times as opposed driving around to wait in a spot by the door?

They always say I can pull around and someone will bring it out but since nobody was behind me today and the weather is crappy, I told them I’ll save someone the trip and wait here unless someone else pulls up to the drive through. I asked the girl at the window if it messes with ticket times but she gave what could easily have just been the polite answer and not really answered the question.

I originally always assumed ticket times at drive thru

We all know the SFN60 is rated to be able to handle some very high currents and there have been some discussion about it lately with the D1 being on sale.

Before today, my thoughts were just speculation, based on the LED ratings, in thinking that the LED would need the D1K to really shine. So the first thing I did when I got my D1K in was to pull out my clamp meter to get some tailcap numbers for those that are curious like me.

I compared the tailcap current drain using my go to 3 high drain battery types: P45B, P42A and P28A.

I did at least 3 tests with each battery type to confirm the numbers were accurate and repeatable with small variance. All batteries were over 4.0v when testing

It looks like you can only make a poll from the official Reddit app or else I would have done that.

Just want to get y’all’s opinion of which color would look best for a sand D1. I have lights with Green and Cyan already so I don’t think I’d want either of those for it. I also already have an amber but if there’s not a better option then I could be ok with it on there. I have an order processing with a cool white currently so I haven’t actually seen that in person yet.

I’m somewhat of a “gotta collect them all” person so I’m leaning towards colors I don’t have. I’m considering a warm white or red because I’m probably going to get something around 3000k for the LED. I have seen most of th

For those like me that like numbers, I can’t give you lux and lumens but I can give you current measurements with various batteries comparing the TS11 to IF22A.

I know we have seen a couple of different beamshot posts of the TS11 and at least one made it look disappointing.

I can say that to the eye they are very comparable. Which lines up with the numbers at the tailcap I’m seeing.

All measurements are using my Uni-T clamp meter with a short 12ga solid copper wire. Batteries were all fresh off the charger, aside for the IF22A included Sofirn 21700 that was still at 4.1v. Measurements were the peak number I saw within 10 seconds of turn on in turbo.

In the words of Illidan, I was not prepared.

I have had a D4V2 with XPL-Hi 4000k that draws a little over 16a on turbo. I can let it run turbo for a little bit(60ish seconds) before it gets too hot for me to hold towards the head end.

This D4K turbo with 519a 5700k pulls a touch over 20a at turn on and it damn near removed my fingerprints on my index finger that was on the back side of the head after 10-15 seconds. Lol I was expecting similar times to the D4V2 but that definitely wasn’t the case so I quickly learned after the first turbo.

Does the 519a put out that much more heat than the XPL-Hi or did Hank get some more voodoo magic between then and now?

Edit: just to add some actual
