Is there a way that when Im in photo mode it changes to a rear camera resolution, and when I change it to video mode it changes again? Say if im in photo mode I want to it to be FHD to have the tracking auto focus, but when Im in video mode it changes to UHD 4K 60fps?

I just won tickets for the NYE at Cahill Expressway and I want to ask if anyone had any experience going to it before. Since its a ticketed event do you need to be early to queue up as well?
