Back when I was last actively using my iPod (2018) I still had my old iTunes setup, about 18k songs. I moved to Apple Music a couple years later after trying Spotify, and did the whole upload/iTunes Match thing with my library. I’ve been using and loving Apple Music ever since, as it’s been so easy to just integrate my old collection with my streaming collection.

The problem is, because it’s all matched/uploaded, it’s no longer linked to the local files. I wanted to see if I could force this connection again and added a backup of the actual mp3s but it of course just duplicated everything. I have too many songs to go through and manually process the duplicates.

I restored using a backup b

So long story short, I've found myself in a foreign country where I don't feel particularly safe - alone - and I had resigned myself to the fact that I was mostly going to keep to myself until I leave next week. Okay, that would come with the typical boredom, and ADHD bouncing-around-between-activities, but at least I would be in a relatively comfortable environment. I told a colleague about my situation and they've hooked me up with someone in the country, who has just asked me out to dinner with them. It was an incredibly awkward phone call, and I'm aware they're only doing it as a favour to my colleague.

Now instead of the ADHD-exacerbated boredom I have the ADHD 'waiting mode' instead,

I can’t find the post where I saw somebody recommended playing with the Personalised Spatial Audio settings for AirPods… maybe it’s an iOS 16 Beta feature? But I’ve got the Pros and just wanted to post and say thank you to this unnamed person… this has improved the sound quality so much for me (not that it was bad anyway)! Just a heads up for those with AirPods who haven’t encountered this yet…

Hi, I don't suppose anyone can help me! All of a sudden the autocomplete box won't appear when attempting to enter a link - I'll type the brackets [[ and nothing happens. I was using the beta and have tried reinstalling but no luck. I've also uninstalled the beta and reinstalled version 1.89 but that seems to now have the same problem too! Any ideas? I'm on macOS Big Sur.

Hi everyone, just a quick question really. I started StrongLifts in mid February and was really enjoying it. In my third week however I got a pinched nerve and had to take a week out. I had my first day back on it yesterday and the nerve is fine now, and I followed the app in terms of deloading.

However, I’m now considering whether it would be a good idea for me to start at the beginning again? It may have been a bad day in the gym, but it didn’t feel as smooth as it had done previously and I was really aware of poor form in some instances. Plus, my weights are now higher for some exercises, lowered for others and I’m finding it a bit confusing/it feels a bit inconsistent.

Given that I ha

Around November last year, after starting a new job in September, I completely stopped using my BuJo. I found that I just didn’t have the motivation to keep up with it. Things have changed since then, I’ve made new plans, and I’m now gearing up to refocus and spend the rest of the year researching, drafting proposals and eventually applying to PhD programmes in Autumn.

Ryder recommends starting a new notebook for a new year, but we’re already a month and a half in, and while it became a bit of a mess in the end, I’ve still only used only a small fraction of my former notebook.

I’m finding it hard to decide whether to start a new book or not because I hate waste and am sad at the neglecte

I just wanted to drop a quick message here to thank everyone for their amazing ideas and inspiring posts!

I started a new bujo in October when I started my Master's degree, but broke my wrist straight after so have had to rely on digital options until now. Needless to say, I'm not finding them very useful, as I don't receive the same satisfaction of seeing that I've checked things off for the day and I don't have the same impetus to consult my tasks before I do anything.

After seeing all the posts on here recently however I've been newly inspired to start again! I'm going to go out tomorrow and buy a new notebook. I'm nearing the end of my course now, but here's hoping my new bujo will ge

Hi everyone,

I've recently come across an issue whereby if I hit the start key and start typing the name of an app it no longer launches once I hit the enter key. This was the easiest way for me to launch apps without cluttering up the interface with icons, and I don't understand what could have changed? The app will be highlighted on the menu but nothing will happen. It still launches using the mouse, however. Ideally I'd love to be able to fix this rather than relying on a third party app such as Launchy or Classic Shell.

If anyone has a solution I would be more than grateful.

Thanks!

I am so impressed! Long story short, I was having issues with a new monitor on Windows 10, and I wanted to test it with Ubuntu to see if the issue was the monitor itself or my OS or settings or what. I'm currently on a live usb of Ubuntu and the monitor worked instantly, no frame-rate issues or flickering... It just worked. I suspect this isn't the norm when trying to get Linux to accept hardware and peripherals but I just wanted to share! Very excited to learn more.
