Both of these drops came from working through the campaign on a blizzard sorc. First time I've ever owned either in 20 some years and it all happened in a couple hours. Dropped a T-God's as well, so I guess I'm rolling a javazon next?

Just ran a 2P eradication on T7. The spawn rate of bots was so slow that by the end of the 15 minutes we hadn't been fed enough enemies to succeed in the mission and it auto-failed the whole operation. Hoping this was just an isolated incident, but make sure you take at least 3 players into eradications!
For those playing CoF, make sure you check your prophecy inventory after every purchase to see if you got the right one. So far I've purchased four prophecies. One of them didn't appear in my inventory at all. Two of them transformed into different prophecies. One of them was what I actually bought. Hoping to bring this to others' attention so EHG has more to work with on the bug report forums.
At not even a week since official launch, a lot of the criticism of this game's balance and itemization seems overwrought. That said, most of the legitimate gripes (sorc build diversity, late game itemization, trash uniques, etc) have one common source: slag vulnerability. It killed build diversity in Borderlands 2 and no matter what the dev team does it will kill build diversity in Diablo4. A universal damage amplification condition is simply too powerful to ignore for anyone even remotely interested in build optimization. If the concept is near and dear to the hearts of the team, put it back on a Necro curse where it has existed since D2.
Nothing here is new or uniquely insightful, b
Title. Game is actually pretty interesting when neither you nor the bosses can one shot.
Pretty self explanatory. Are there any widely accepted 'good' or 'bad' bases to use these on?
Since picking up D2R, Amazon is the only class I haven't tried yet and I'd like to give it a go. I play offline/SSF mainly due to preference, so I don't have Enigmas, Griffons, or similar high tier loot sitting around in my stash. Because of that, most of the minmaxed lightning javazon type builds (or any single element build, really) floating around the web are a non-starter.
I don't really care about super high MF or clear speed, but something that could at least get through hell without a lot of cheese would be ideal. Thanks.
My guns: 1812 Overture
Enemy guns: absolutely silent outside of 2 meters
My/teammate footsteps: reasonable, can tell where people are if they are nearby
Enemy footsteps: non-existent, even if they have been sprinting behind you in an attempt to backsmack you the moment you stop sprinting.
Assuming this isn't a problem with my audio drivers, I can't fathom why multiplayer audio is this way. I don't think copying Apex, where even low caliber rounds can be heard from half a continent away is appropriate, but gameplay can be very frustrating when your shield suddenly vanishes and you don't have a single audio cue to help you locate your attacker.
Has there been any developer commentary on
Yeah, I know Oni is a meme outside of tectonic slam and a handful of other melee skills, but I like the weapon and was wondering if there are any builds out there that have respectable clear without throwing on Asenath's touch or an explodey chest. I was trying to mock up a wild strike trinity thing in PoB but hit a wall. If anyone has thoughts on the matter and wants to share them that would be cool. Thanks.
So far I've managed to get Law and Rinwell in a half decent place in terms of the AI by micro-managing what arts they can use as well as tactics, but Kisara frustrates me to no end. Even if it's chip damage, she just stands in DoT's as well as large attacks and rarely times the block well enough to counter. I'm beginning to get to the point where I feel like I should just relegate her to the support tab unless I play her myself, which is super unsatisfying. If anyone has had any luck with her I'd appreciate some tips.
Just got a very well rolled version of this ring and I don't really know what to do with it. My assumption is that the increased fire damage only affects you, and not your minions. Does anyone have ideas on the sort of build this might slot into well? Would hate to just have it sit in my stash. Thanks!

I'm thinking of sticking to bleed if I go for the Captain America roleplay.
Given the state of the balance manifesto I was considering giving traps a go for the first time, probably elemental. Most builds on poe ninja currently seem to be pretty bread and butter low life spell builds. Other than ditching cast speed for trap throwing speed where applicable, is there anything else I should take into consideration?
