Had an older couple who looked like they didn’t get out much come in. Guy opens the tab and leaves his card with us. Wife asks for a red sangria, I let her know it is made to order and just by the pitcher. They made some cheeky comments about the wine we use for it but agree to the order of a pitcher. I ask the husband if he wants a glass for the sangria pitcher and he declines and asks for a Moscow mule.

I bring the pitcher over and the mule. First he comments and says the mule looks like a margarita. We do everything in plastic at this outside tiki bar, so the color does look the same. I just mention they both have limes and let them get to their drinks as I had a full bar otherwise and

We had a new wrestling room installed this year. Used to have Resilite mats, now we are on Dollamur.

Have any coaches experienced an increased rate of injury on Dollamur mats?

They are much firmer than Resilites and we have had a rash of knee injuries this season. Maybe we are snake-bit and I am just looking for somewhere to point the finger.
