I just wanted to say the only constant in my life is my dog. He loves me unconditionally. I’ve had to distance myself from my family because my boundaries about trauma were being severely broken. My past boyfriend left me three months ago because of my bipolar. I would feel utterly alone without my dog. He has been a constant support I can rely on. No matter what he will be there for me. Dogs are truly such a gift to humanity. I am so grateful ❤️

Hi everyone, I’m a 22F beginner lifter. I’ve been consistently training since March and recently started getting an aching pain above my kneecap—kind of a dull pinch when coming up from squats, lunges, etc. It’s not sharp, but it’s noticeable and hasn’t gone away.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far: • Took a week off → no real improvement • Tried compression sleeves → no change • Dropped leg day intensity significantly for the past week → still persists • Now it’s also affecting my lower back, I think because my leg strength isn’t fully there anymore

I do have pigeon toe (my feet naturally turn inward when I walk), which I wonder might be affecting my form or joint alignment.

Has anyone ex

I’m 22f and trying to start lifting. I’ve been steadily improving since march but I just started to get this pain in my knees. It’s above my knee cap and a sort of ache. Not sharp or anything it just a little pinch when I go up from a squat, lunge, etc…

I’ve tried taking a break for like a week but it’s still there. I also tried compression sleeves and that didn’t help. Now I’m trying to go back down on my weights for leg day. Been doing that for a week or so but it still persists. When I’ve been doing, my now modified, light leg day it’s been getting into my lower back. I think because the strength of my legs isn’t there.

Does anyone know what this is or how I can fix it?

I’m a 21F and my boyfriend 24m just ended things after 1 1/2 years. We definitely had our good times. I loved his family. I thought I could marry him someday.

Our fights were bad though. For the majority I was undiagnosed bipolar 2. I would be super paranoid about his love for me and sometimes get intense about it. But the worst and the dealbreaker was how he acted towards my medication and my diagnoses.

I remember one morning when I told him I got this medication for performance anxiety and panicking. He sat there and dead in the eye told me that that was cheating. That it wasn’t fair to everyone else that I got this medication.

Another day I told him that I got an accommodation that al
