I want to take Harvey Norman to disputes tribunal, who is the right person to put on the forms? The store manager, the GM of Harvey Norman NZ (which is owned by HN Australia)? or the Australian CEO of the shell company?

I bought a product from them which physically broke in under a year (part of the plastic broke causing the item to be unusable) They sent it back to the manufacturer who said it's physical damage and not covered under warranty. I think as it's not durable HN are responsible for resolving the issue. Any advice?

I have these old slabs of engineered stone benchtop kicking around, and I want to use them for a outdoor bar. They used to sit next to a spa pool and have several brown spots all over them. I suspect it's bleach that has been sitting there for 5+ years. Is there any way of removing the stains, or is it too far gone? Would a poultice work, or can I sand them off without recking the finish too badly?

The cops just shut the motorway down because there was a dog on the motorway between Lincoln Rd and Te Atatu. Now traffic is fucked in both directions leading up to that point (but clear afterwards in both directions).

It was down to the final 4 player end game. I (blue) had been solid allys with pink since the first round. Black and red had been fighting with other players and weakened themselves too much, black took out red and the balance of the game was broken in my favour.

In my penultimate turn I had placed all my troops next to pink blocking them from attacking me, but leaving all my borders open to black. I spammed black the heart emoji and he didn't break my continents.

It came back around to my turn, I took out black and gave second place to pink who had been my ally since the beginning. Black was spamming the thanks button, which I interperated sarcastically as thanks for giving second

After the flooding all my Tarata have died off.

I live in quite a high clay loam - when I planted them a year ago I dug the holes the day before and noticed they filled up with rain water over night, so I think it has poor drainage. So I think this die back is a result of over watering.

Do you think they will grow back, or should I write them off? Do you have any recommendations for how to fix this area or a different hedgy bush I could plant here in a smaller hole which would like a high clay content?
