If an employee needs to speak to HR or someone HR-adjacent about availability, scheduling, pay or other such issues, are these conversations required to be paid? Or are employers allowed to insist employees clock out because they are "not working"?

Is there a labor law code someone can point me to?

Last winter my husband and I met a skin and bones stray on our property. We were able to feed to feed him and hesitantly pet him and after that he became a regular visitor at our house. We call him Sammy. The previous owner (deceased) had had 15 indoor and outdoor cats, and while a neighbor removed many of them, we suspect he may have been one of hers. Not only because he isn't fearful of humans like the other feral cats around. But because he tries his DAMNDEST to dart into our house. Before we really committed to TNRing him, he stopped showing up for several months.

When the weather warmed up again he came back. He now stays in our yard almost 24-7, meowing to demanding attention, to be l

Usually when I read others' posts people hit their stride and make a lot of progress over a single year, maybe two.

I pretty much decided when I started making changes at the close of 2020 that it would probably take me four years to lose the 100 pounds I'd like to lose. I'm on track to reach onederland by the end of 2021 (SW: 235, CW: 202), and my next goal is to get overweight (i.e. to 175) for 2022.

My goals/milestones are on the slow side compared to the champs that can keep up a pound/wk weight loss over a long period of time. But I was just curious - does anyone else have/had a slow, multi- year projectory?

Alright I'm going to bite the bullet and ask on here; I've been looking for a specific fanfiction I read a year or two ago. No recollection of the title. Probably on Archive of Our Own, but not positive.

Here's what I remember:

Set post movie, Nick and Judy both officers. They either were or were starting to grow more romantically entangled. Apparently there were a lot of simultaneous savage incidents that exploded in the city one day, (something to do with drugged food supply?) and Nick and Judy were the only officers on scene to deal with a megafauna (rhino? hippo? polar bear?). Judy immediately radios in to Clawhauser (something to this effect):

J: "Hopps here. There is a savage rhino

Isn't it odd that these two half demons have very little indication that they are hanyou?

That they don't have the established heritage traits like golden eyes of inu hanyou, fangs, claws or, in Setsuna's case, silver hair?

Moroha, a quarter demon, looks more like her demon heritage.

Also, isnt it interesting that Sango and Miroku also had twin girls? Twin girls who haven't appeared in the released images and clips so far.

We're told that Setsuna and Towa are Seshomaru's half demon daughters. But maybe they arent his biological daughters.

I can see Miroku and Sango being the parents just as much as I can see the Seshomaru resemblance. Especially with Setsuna's slayer suit and similar

So, some A-hole in some other part of the country just tried to place a $50 pizza order to what I assume is his address.

I already spoke to my credit card company to report the charge and will get a new card in the mail.

It was placed through [Delivery App] so I was able to report it to them, cancel the order, and reset the password. They claim the breach was through another site - though that was the only charge so im not sure how they know.

Anyway, seems like I'm covered for now unless another charge pops up.

But my question is, can I do anything with this person's address to report them?

The order was still placed under my name so I dont have theirs so I'm not sure if this littl
