Hello all!

Updated my Pixel 9 Pro Fold to Android 17 last night and my inner screen does not work after. When I unfold the screen it stays black and my front (outside) screen stays on instead.

I put off updating for so long after the spate of OG Fold issues from 17 but finally gave in to clear that stupid notification and now I fully regret it.

I have tried the quick fixes I found on a few searches with no luck so throwing it out to the wider community to see if anyone else has had this issue? Any other ideas? Really love my phone and not enthusiastic about getting a replacement.

Just wasted (in a good way) 3 days reading through 100th run and I have to say the first 4 books are phenomenal. I'm too tilted to write out a massive review so I'm just ranting.

At the end of the 4th book the author uses the last chapter to set up a twist that no one, and I mean no one, wants to read. We get to read about the MC locked in a dream for a month! Yay! I should have just stopped here and treated it like an abandoned series and been happy with what could have been.

Instead I binged on and the 5th book only made it 15% percent in to an absolute travesty. Flossindune (author) kills off one of the important characters, which sure yeah happens, but does it in a way that invalidate

To start - I really enjoy Phil's writing and have read nearly everything he has written BUT I am so close to dropping LastRock and the series. I am about 60% of the way through and will try to any major avoid spoilers.

Phil, please please please, take some time before book 5 and maybe re-write book 4 to salvage this great series. We are now in our 11th? 19th? 427th? Cycle of the same plot.

Naomi does something stupid and runs away like a petulant child while Scorio pines after her.

Scorio yet again let's someone live while actively discussing how they will betray him and then they immediately betray him.

Hello everyone,

I am a nurse that has recently started a new job where I would like to update / 'digitize' some of our record keeping. I have access to the typical microsoft suite of software and adequate tech-related skills but can't seem to figure out how to achieve / if its possible to achieve the idea that I have.

Essentially the problem in two parts;

We use a form currently to track each our assignments each day. I can upload a SS of a blank if it would be helpful. This form has been hand written for years but is now being completed using a word document. I would like to take this a step farther and have that 'form' linked to an excel sheet that lists all of our nurses so that it can

A new coffee shop just opened up on the route I take back from the gym every morning. Without fail there are six or seven cars blocking the street trying to get into the drive through. Today was the third time I have seen a fender bender resulting from it due to the line reaching around a curve that you can't see well. Results in a massive amount of blocked traffic due to a short green light cycle. So frustrating!

I think a business should be heavily fined every time the traffic impedes a public road. Shoutout to the idiots who wait 30 minutes doing this for Costco gas as well. Rant over.

Curious if anyone is in the same boat as myself. I have been a traveling ICU nurse for a little under 4 years and I have recently accepted a full time staff job. Starting out as a bedside nurse 5 years ago in the southeast I made 19.50/hr at the only hospital in my community. Have since been to 21 different hospitals both pre and during covid. There is so much to love about traveling but as of late I have also realized there is so much to hate about it. Between the constantly changing market, expectations and ruthless companies, shit show hospitals and expensive temporary housing I find myself burnt out.

Moving to southern California and working at my first union hospital. All my fingers c

Beware buying from roll bicycles. We spent 2k on 2 bikes over a month ago and the company has not shipped them, despite the website saying shipping mid July when we purchased. They do not return emails, they do not return voicemails or answer the phone. We have no idea if we will receive our bikes at all. Take your business elsewhere.

Hello everyone, long time lurker and hopeful future full time RV liver. I am a travel nurse that is tired of spending 2k/month on hotels. I have been looking in to RV living for a few months and have decided to go for it. I drive a 2018 ram 1500 with payload of 1500 and total towing of 8040.

I am having trouble finding a floorplan that I love. I want to stay under/around 25ft. The main feature I am having trouble finding is a trailer that has both a couch and recliners. I do not want a dinette area and do not need a large kitchen.

The r-pod 189 is the best fit that I have found so far but would love a little more room. Does anyone have any suggestions on which models I should look at?

Hey guys,

So I have been running for about a year now and have been slowly ramping up to try at a marathon in 2017. I am a 6'4 and 260 pound man, and while I have no trouble hitting distances around 13-15 miles I am finding it very hard to push any farther. I have stayed this weight for a while now because I like to lift and I like my strength and lift numbers at this size.

I have a few running buddies and I occasionally run with a social club however I am by far the largest guy out there on those distances and I feel a little isolated. My last run was 13 miles at a 10:10 pace, I wanted to get to 17 miles but couldn't go any further. I was wondering if any of you guys/gals were heavy and

Hello,

In december 2012 I weighed over 310 pounds and I was disgustingly out of shape. At the time I was resigned to the fact that I would never get back in shape and that I did not have what it takes to lose the weight. In march of 2013 I failed out of school and broke up with my long term girlfriend and became marginally depressed. I knew it was time for a change and I knew that it would be the hardest thing I have ever done. As of today, September 11th, just a little over 6 months later I now weigh 217 pounds. A lot of hard work, research, and self-control have contributed to my weightloss and a lot of the credit goes to this sub-reddit. This community and its information and resources w
