So I hit my 1 rep max that I used to hit pre surgery for deadlifts, and squats this week.
Now I have a bit of pain in my cleft lift area.
I got my surgery from a specialist who worked closely with I believe Dr. Immerman and he did so many cleft lifts. Success rate really high
So afraid of it coming back
I don't think there's a cyst forming but do you guys ever feel pain still after years?
Completely anecdotal
I moved to Canada and I've met so many Germans recently. Most are in the medical field.
Apparently they get paid more here and for some reason, work life balance is better in Canada than back in Germany.
Is this true? Is there a brain drain currently happening in Germany right now?

Hi so my wife received P2 email where she has to provide mailing address, confirm she is in Canada (we are doing inland) and also send a photo for her PR card.
We are planning to go to CAA soon to get her photo taken, and we are wondering how to properly scan/upload the photo?
We scanned the photo but it seems to be not the correct dimensions.
I've heard of people using their phone with a photo scanner app which would take a high quality image of the photo.
Anyone know the best way to do this?
I moved here from Burlington for school and need my car washed.
We have the Auto Spa on Appleby Line in Burlington where it costs around $50 for a quick interior/exterior wash and shine. You leave your car and you can watch your car from a window as a crew of people clean your car inside and out, as it goes through the car wash tunnel.
It does the job without having to pay an upwards of $200 for detailing.
Anyone know of any spots similar to the Auto Spa near us? Don't want to drive all the way to Burlington for a car wash (unless I'm visiting family).
So we sent the response back after receiving P1 (the one where we have to fill in the template about basic info confirmation) and was wondering how P2 is going to be received.
Do they send an email which they provide my wife's PR portal access? We didn't receive any login/password info yet for PR portal access.
Is this the final step where we wait for an email for access?
Also I read this is where people provide a photo. I'm assuming we can't use the photo we used to apply for the PR almost a year ago right? Since it has to have been a photo within 12 months?
I am sponsoring my wife (German) as a Canadian citizen. Looks like they sent the email to me as her sponsor since I specifically requested all emails to send to me.
It says:

So we have 2 cats. One is a 2 yr old british short hair (BSH), other is a 1 yr old torbie. Both spayed.
They used to be quite cute and play with each other sometimes. There were definitely some instances where the younger one would terrorize the older one and our BSH had to set boundaries by hissing or slapping.
Our BSH normally ate quite slow and never meowed for food. She would patiently wait for food and she's been like this for 2 years.
The younger one definitely had some food scarcity, food aggression and growing up, always tried to eat the older cat's food after finishing hers very fast.. she would meow a lot before getting her good, sometimes even slapping the bowl from my hand to
I know they're more well known for their grappling classes but how are their striking classes?
Would you recommend this gym over Muay Thai Niagara?
