I mailed in a renewal (and the extra form) to have my damaged passport replaced. The portal say my application was recieved - and my credit card was charged on Oct 12th - but otherwise I haven't heard anything. I'm now passed the 20 day service time, but does that only apply to regular renewals?
I'm not in a huge rush, and obviously the postal strike is going to delay things once it's ready, but I'd really like to know if it is worth calling to find out if there is some problem processing the application or if this kind of extra processing time is normal.
I can't believe that I am even having to ask this... Where is the announcement with the new rates? I've been scouring the website but I can't find a single official Canada Post source that outlines explicitly what the new standard Domestic, US, and International postal rates are.
There are all sorts of old news articles that say the rates will increase, and I saw the link to the order-in-council that approved the increase. But where is the actual Canada Post announcement? The website is only giving me the current rates but I have postcards to send today and they will obviously not be taken from the mailbox until tomorrow - when the rates are allegedly going to be higher.

I have a tracking code from An Post in Ireland (the RYxxxxxxxxxIE kind) for which the Ireland tracking was last updated on Feb 22 with "Your item has left An Post" but the Canada Post tracking still says "We didn’t find an item associated with this number." Does it make sense that it's been so long and Canada Post still doesn't even recognize the tracking code? I've never had tracking from Ireland before, but with other countries I've had parcels from it has only taken a day or two for the CP system to at least acknowledge the code.
I noticed today that I can no longer get to the list of creators that I follow. I used to be able to go up into the header area of the My Library section to switch between Videos and Creators, but I can't do that anymore.
Is there another way to get to the creator list now?
A few weeks ago my wife and I discovered that we were each assigned to send a postcard to the same person at the same time. We wrote our cards the same day and dropped them into the postbox at the same time. Much to our delight, they arrived at their destination and were registered at the same time too!
Considering how the system assigns senders and receivers, it seems like quite an unlikely coincidence. We're both quite new to Postcrossing so we each have fewer than ten cards traveling at any given time.
But it got me wondering, has anyone else experienced any unlikely coincidences when sending postcards along side a spouse?
I had a flight cancelled on me over the weekend and I am trying to submit a compensation claim, but the tool doesn't seem to work. When I enter my ticket and name on the first page and click "Check Eligibility", it says that it just can't find my booking. If I change nothing at all and click "Check Eligibility" a second time, it still says that it can't find my booking but gives me a other button to Start a claim anyway. When I click that button... it not only finds my flight details, it even states the reason for the flight cancellation (crew constraints). So it actually can find my booking!
Unfortunately, that's as far as I get. There is a "Continue to Passenger Details" button, but i
