I know there's tons of literature and commentary on walks/exercise after eating to offset an insulin spike.
What about eating after a workout? I workout 4-5x a week on my break at work. With the time and intensity I don't want to eat lunch before my workout. Is there a significantly inherent harm in eating immediately post workout instead?
It's still typically a high protein/fat and low carb meal, if that matters

Any benefit to buying a searwood directly from Weber or in store from a retailer? I assume warranty/return issues are easier in store.
Got the go ahead to buy since it's on sale in Canada, just gotta decide from where
NOT the Pro model.
Have a 36" available nearby at $600 (Canadian). Currently use a masterbuilt electric but would like to get a pellet grill that's a little more spacious and versatile.
Any concerns with the regular version? Price seems really great from what I can see
Anyone have a Traeger Woodridge or Weber Smoque/Searwood that uses it through the winter? Or a comparabke pellet grill?
How does the electronic controls hold up in a Winnipeg Winter? I'd like to get a pellet grill but worry it won't function in -30. I don't mind going through more pellets as long as the electronics still function.
I know general consensus is separate circuits, but what are the odds of this actually being problematic?
Fridge: 115v/60hz/1.8a Freezer: 115v/60hz/0.8a
Circuit is 15a. Nothing else on this line as it was put in specifically for a basement fridge but we're now wanting to get a deep freeze.
My understanding is the inrush current is the largest issue, odds this will actually be a problem?
Any recommendations? Non-motorized
Just moved into a new home and need new blinds. Some blackout, some not. Finding an absurd number of them on marketplace/ads and Google. Looking for directions to a quality company that isn't stupid expensive.
Still in the process of being diagnosed. MRI and MRV suspect IIH. I see a neuro-opth in 3 weeks. No LP yet.
My eye exam was normal with no paps. However, I still tend to experience a lot of light sensitivity, issues with vision feeling a little unfocused at times, and a gradual increase in floaters.
Are the eye symptoms kinda normal even without paps? Did these symptoms improve on Diamox?
