So, this is my first time dealing with insomnia thanks to tirzepitide. I made the switch from semaglutide to tirzepitide at the beginning of the year.

I’ve lost 35 lbs and I’m within 10 lbs of my goal weight. I’m at 6mg weekly, which I just moved up to from 5mg in July.

Suddenly (these past two weeks) I am dealing with insane insomnia. I wake up hot every night at 3:45 am and I am having the worst time falling asleep every night.

I’ve cut out caffeine after 11am. Increased protein, water and carbs. I can’t eat within a few hours of sleeping because I feel like I’m still digesting when trying to sleep. Otherwise I would try the snack before sleeping. I may still try a protei

Looks like my latest tirzepitide was sent to a Lexington pharmacy? This will be the 5th compounding pharmacy I’ve had. I realize they’re trying to get people their meds quick, but for the love of Pete. Just let me stick with one for continuity

I was just informed my provider I’ve had for the last 8 months is no longer with Mochi.

I had a first meeting with my new provider and they are definitely not for me. He immediately jumped into pushing his ideas on why everyone should only eat plant based protein and I need to get all my protein from legumes. He also refuses to consider NAD+ supplementation for anyone.

So I’m looking for a provider you love. I’m not sure if state matters, but I’m in Indiana.

Which Garmin?

Device Comparison / Recommendation

Hey all,

I'm currently sporting an Apple 6 nike watch and a whoop, and I'm looking to upgrade to just a Garmin, and ditch the Whoop.

Despite watching several video reviews and articles, I'm still completely lost on which to purchase.

Its probably pretty obvious that I am a tech/data junkie, so I like all the metrics. I weight train, run, swim laps, hike, spin, and run on the treadmill (horizon).

I'm partial to an amoled screen, and having small wrists I really think I need a 43mm or smaller design.

I'd like to be able to work on my zone 2 training some and be able to use coached running programs on my garmin.

Since I'll be coming back to running after a hip tear repair, I would

Okay so I started myrbetriq around 3 weeks ago, when my urologist decided I had OAB and not the previously thought IC.

After 4 it 5 days on Mybetriq I was feeling amazing. My urgency issues were gone and I was using the bathroom on a normal persons schedule.

Fast forward to last night. I started - out of no where - having some urgency/frequency again. I’m still having some issues today, along with just starting some weird cramping feeling around the bladder area.

Should I be concerned? Does OAB have flares that come and go?

**Im probably stressing about this more than I should, but I had a good couple of weeks snd I was overjoyed that I might have my life back!!

I finally had my cystoscopy this morning. The doctor told me my bladder wall looked great. No lesions, no cracks etc.

He then went on to tell me that he did not think that I had IC because I tolerated the procedure so well, my bladder looked great and my daily pain was low. Normally, his IC patients are in large amounts of pain with cystoscopy and have a lot of daily pain.

I’m completely floored and confused because the NP told me I had IC, started me in the IC diet and had set me up with the urologist in the practice that is the IC expert.

So now I have OAB according to him.

I probably should be happy but I just don’t understand this.

Does this seem off?

Alright, I’ve been on the typical IC elimination diet that my doctor gave me for about 3 weeks. Only they never told me to how or when to re-introduce foods.

Anyone have any tips for this? Do I introduce one food for a couple of days and see if I have symptoms increase? Do symptoms show up a few hours after eating or much later?

Hi!

First day here with an “unofficial” diagnosis of IC. I have an appointment next month for a cystoscopy to rule other things out and talk to the urologist.

So far I have only seen a Nurse Practitioner at the urology office, but she was the first to actually listen to me and told me it sounds like it might be IC. I’m cautiously hopeful right now.

I started dealing with intense pelvic pain in April after intercourse with my husband. I saw my gyn, had an ultrasound, second opinion from my pcp, a urinalysis, a ct of abdomen, and finally a referral to a urologist.

The pain I originally had has transferred into pressure, bladder spasms and the urge to use the bathroom frequently.
